Sie steuern internationale IT- und Digitalisierungsprojekte im Airline- und MRO-Umfeld. Die Rolle verbindet Projektmanagement, Plattform-Rollout und Stakeholdersteuerung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Leitung komplexer IT-Projekte von Initiierung bis Rollout

• Steuerung von Scope, Budget, Zeitplan und Onboarding-Prozessen

• Entwicklung und Implementierung digitaler Lösungen auf Plattformen wie Skywise

• Koordination internationaler Stakeholder und externer Partner

• Steuerung von Sub-Contractors und Sicherstellung der Projektqualität

• Umsetzung von Change-Management-Maßnahmen bei Kunden

Ihr Profil

• Studium im technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT- oder Projektmanagementumfeld

• Kenntnisse von Airline- oder MRO-Prozessen von Vorteil

• Erfahrung mit digitalen Plattformen oder Hosting-Lösungen

• Strukturierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise

• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

You manage international IT and digital projects within airline and MRO environments. The role combines project leadership, platform rollout and stakeholder coordination.

Your tasks

• Lead complex IT projects from initiation to deployment

• Manage scope, budget, timeline and customer onboarding

• Develop and deploy digital solutions on platforms such as Skywise

• Coordinate international stakeholders and external partners

• Supervise subcontractors and ensure quality delivery

• Execute change management strategies for digital adoption

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, business or a related field

• Several years of experience in IT or project management

• Knowledge of airline or MRO processes is an advantage

• Experience with digital platforms or hosting environments

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Fluent German and English skills
