In this role, you manage Extended Enterprise services throughout their lifecycle. The focus is on service quality, stakeholder coordination, customer satisfaction, SLA monitoring and smooth entry-into-service for new solutions.

Your tasks

  • Prepare, implement and manage services throughout the full service lifecycle
  • Ensure customer satisfaction regarding services, products and service support
  • Identify opportunities for new services, products and support solutions
  • Act as contact person for internal and external stakeholders around Extended Enterprise services
  • Monitor service quality based on existing SLAs and perform performance reviews
  • Support escalations, coordinate solutions and ensure smooth entry-into-service for new solutions

Your profile

  • Completed master’s degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or comparable qualification
  • More than 3 years of experience in customer service and project management
  • Essential knowledge of Extended Enterprise processes, methods and tools
  • Experience in service management, stakeholder management and design processes
  • Basic knowledge of network and virtualisation technologies is mandatory
  • Confident use of JIRA and Confluence; DevOps and infrastructure knowledge are a plus
