Product Development Engineer Co-Development & Digital Continuity (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen, Methoden, Tools und Datenstrukturen für Co-Development und digitale Durchgängigkeit. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Verbindung von Engineering, Manufacturing und In-Service innerhalb komplexer Air-Power-Programme.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Integration bereichsübergreifender Aktivitäten aus Engineering, Manufacturing und In-Service
• Koordination multifunktionaler Teams und IPTs im Rahmen eines PMTD-basierten Co-Design-Ansatzes
• Weiterentwicklung von PMTD-Lösungen über verschiedene Programme und Produktgenerationen
• Erarbeitung durchgängiger E2E-Workflows zur Prozessvereinfachung und digitalen Kontinuität
• Integration, Verifikation und Validierung von PMTD-Lösungen auf intra-IPT-Ebene
• Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Configuration, Services und externen Tool-Stakeholdern

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium im Ingenieurwesen oder in der Luft- und Raumfahrt
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Engineering, Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering oder Projektmanagement
• Hintergrund in PMT-Aktivitäten in Engineering, Manufacturing oder In-Service sowie New Product Development
• Verständnis für Co-Design, Industrialization, Design-in-Service und digitale Prozessketten
• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit 3DX und/oder CATIA V5
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

In this role, you will support the development of processes, methods, tools and data structures for co-development and digital continuity. The focus is on connecting engineering, manufacturing and in-service activities within complex air power programs.

Your tasks

• Integrate transversal activities from engineering, manufacturing and in-service functions
• Coordinate multifunctional teams and IPTs within a PMTD-based co-design approach
• Support the evolution of PMTD solutions across programs and product generations
• Develop E2E workflows to simplify processes and strengthen digital continuity
• Manage integration, verification and validation of PMTD solutions on intra-IPT level
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, configuration, services and external tool stakeholders

Your profile

• Master’s degree or diploma in engineering, aerospace engineering or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in engineering, design engineering, manufacturing engineering or project management
• Background in PMT activities in engineering, manufacturing or in-service and new product development
• Understanding of co-design, industrialization, design in service and digital process chains
• Very good MS Office skills and experience with 3DX and/or CATIA V5
• Negotiation-level German and English skills
