AUFGABEN

Der Bereich Customer Services ist verantwortlich für die Ersatzteil- und Reparaturdurchführung für die am Standort Ulm ansässigen Geräte und Systeme. Mit hoher Motivation und Engagement sind Sie zentral an der Einführung unseres SAP S/4HANA Systems beteiligt und tragen zur Einführung des neuen Service Moduls bei. In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit interdisziplinären Teams, Geschäftsbereichen, einschließlich der IT-Abteilung, zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung bei der Transformation vom SAP CS-Modul auf das neue SAP S/4HANA Service Modul
• Analyse und Optimierung bestehender Service-Prozesse mit Fokus auf Reparaturabwicklung (Inhouse Repair with Advanced Service Execution, und Retourenanlieferung)
• Mitarbeit bei der Planung und Durchführung der Migration und Implementierung des S/4HANA Service Moduls
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen EWM, PM und der IT, um Anforderungen optimal umzusetzen
• Schulung und Unterstützung der Endanwender im neuen System
• Mitarbeit in interdisziplinären Projektteams und Koordination von Stakeholdern

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium vergleichbarer Qualifikation mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder der Wirtschaftsinformatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder der Betriebswirtschaft mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit dem SAP CS-Modul und fundierte Kenntnisse in Serviceprozessen (Reparaturabwicklung) erforderlich
• Erfahrung mit dem neuen SAP S/4HANA Service Modul (Inhouse Repair mit Advanced Service Execution) erforderlich
• Kenntnisse in der Migration und Transformation von SAP CS zu S/4HANA Service erforderlich
• Projekterfahrung im SAP-Umfeld, idealerweise in der militärischen Industrie oder vergleichbaren regulierten Branchen
• IT: MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse, SAP mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse

We are seeking an SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant (m/f/d) for an exclusive project assignment with our well-known international customer HENSOLDT in Ulm.

TASK

The Customer Services department is responsible for the supply of spare parts and repairs for the devices and systems located at the Ulm site. With high motivation and commitment, you will play a key role in the implementation of our SAP S/4HANA system and contribute to the introduction of the new service module. In this role, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams and business units, including the IT department.

Your tasks:

• Support in the transformation from the SAP CS module to the new SAP S/4HANA Service Module
• Analysis and optimization of existing service processes with a focus on repair processing (in-house repair with Advanced Service Execution and returns delivery)
• Participation in the planning and execution of the migration and implementation of the S/4HANA Service Module
• Close collaboration with the EWM, PM, and IT departments to optimally implement requirements
• Training and support of end users in the new system
• Participation in interdisciplinary project teams and coordination of stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comparable degree (at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration)
• Several years of experience with the SAP CS module and in-depth knowledge of service processes (repair processing) required
• Experience with the new SAP S/4HANA Service module (in-house repair with Advanced Service Execution) required
• Knowledge of migration and transformation from SAP CS to S/4HANA Service required
• Project experience in an SAP environment, ideally in the military industry or similar regulated sectors
• IT: MS Office (at least detailed specialized knowledge), SAP (at least detailed specialized knowledge)
• Language skills: German (at least business fluent), English (at least proficient)
