AUFGABEN

Der Bereich Self Protection Systems Air ist verantwortlich für die Abwicklung internationaler
Kundenprojekte sowie interner Entwicklungsprojekte in Bezug auf Selbstschutzsysteme für
Hubschrauber und Flugzeuge. Die interdisziplinärer Projektteams setzen sich unter anderem aus
Teammitgliedern der Bereiche Finance, Engineering, Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Quality und Sales
zusammen und agieren im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld zur Erreichung der Projektziele, als
auch zur Akquise neuer Projekte und Kunden.
Sie sind zuständig für die folgende Aufgaben:

• Unterstützung des Projektmanagements bei der Abwicklung von nationalen und internationalen Kundenprojekten, im Bereich Selbstschutzsysteme für fliegende Plattformen
• Unterstützung beim Risk & Opportunity- und Claim & Waiver- Management
• Unterstützung beim Project Monitoring und Controlling (Zeitplanerstellung und Überwachung)
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Projektplanungsdokumenten
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von internen und externen Reviews & Audits
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Progress Reports (Power Point, Management Information System) für interne und externe Stakeholder
• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Lieferungen und Abnahmen/Tests der Equipments
• Unterstützung der Planung und Umsetzung der strategischen Aufgaben des Geschäftsbereiches
• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Angeboten basierend auf Kundenanfragen
• Aktiver Beitrag zum guten Teamgeist unserer Abteilung

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium: Vergleichbare Qualifikation mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang, Ingenieurwesen mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang, Wirtschaftsingenieur mindestens Bachelor-Studiengang oder abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Business-Management
• Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung; wünschenswert sind Kenntnisse oder Erfahrungen in der Luft- und Raumfahrt sowie/oder der Verteidigung, idealerweise mit Spezialkenntnissen in Selbstschutzsystemen
• IT: MS-Office mit detaillierten Spezialkenntnissen, SAP mit Kenntnis von Detailfunktionen
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch verhandlungssicher
• Kenntnisse: Projektmanagement, wünschenswert nach PMI
• Weitere Qualifikationen: Eigenständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit sowie sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

TASKS

The Self Protection Systems Air division is responsible for the management of international
customer projects as well as internal development projects related to self-protection systems for
helicopters and aircraft. The interdisciplinary project teams are comprised of, among others,
team members from the areas of finance, engineering, production, logistics, purchasing, quality, and sales
and operate in a national and international environment to achieve project goals, as well as
to acquire new projects and customers.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Supporting project management in the execution of national and international customer projects in the area of ??self-protection systems for airborne platforms
• Supporting risk & opportunity and claim & waiver management
• Supporting project monitoring and controlling (scheduling and monitoring)
• Supporting the creation of project planning documents
• Supporting the preparation of internal and external reviews and audits
• Supporting the creation of progress reports (PowerPoint, Management Information System) for internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the preparation of deliveries and acceptance/testing of equipment
• Supporting the planning and implementation of the business unit's strategic tasks
• Supporting the preparation of offers based on customer inquiries
• Actively contributing to the positive team spirit of our department

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Comparable qualification (at least a bachelor's degree in engineering), at least a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, or a completed university degree in business management
• Professional Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience; Knowledge or experience in aerospace and/or defense is desirable, ideally with specialized knowledge of self-protection systems.
• IT: MS Office with detailed specialized knowledge, SAP with knowledge of detailed functions.
• Language skills: Fluent in German, fluent in English.
• Knowledge: Project management, preferably according to PMI.
• Other qualifications: Independent and solution-oriented work, ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
