Sie unterstützen die Steuerung von Leistungskennzahlen und tragen dazu bei, Transparenz, Ursachenverständnis und Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Unternehmensumfeld wirksam voranzubringen. Für diese Position bitten wir darum, den Lebenslauf in englischer Sprache einzureichen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erhebung, Konsolidierung und Analyse relevanter Leistungskennzahlen
• Unterstützung der Performance-Steuerung durch strukturierten Stakeholder-Austausch
• Aufbereitung von Ursachenanalysen und Handlungsempfehlungen für Entscheidungen
• Identifikation und Definition von Verbesserungsprojekten zur Zielerreichung
• Abstimmung mit verschiedenen internen Ansprechpartnern im Performance-Umfeld
• Mitwirkung an einer transparenten und nachhaltigen Leistungssteuerung

Ihr Profil

• Studium in Luft- und Raumfahrt, Supply Chain, Logistik, Management oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung oder einschlägige praktische Erfahrung im passenden Umfeld
• Interesse an Performance Management, Kennzahlensteuerung oder Supply-Chain-Themen
• Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Austausch mit Stakeholdern
• Interkulturelle Kompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

Your profile

• Degree in aerospace, supply chain, logistics, management or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience or relevant practical experience in a suitable environment
• Interest in performance management, KPI steering or supply chain topics
• Strong communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interaction
• Intercultural awareness and a structured way of working
• Business fluent German and English skills
