Für unseren Kunden HENSOLDT suchen wir Sie als Entwicklungsingenieur (m/w/d) – Lasersysteme / Optical Engineering – HENSOLDT am Standort Oberkochen.

Der Bereich ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung hochpräziser Lasergeräte einschließlich Laser-Sender, Empfänger und spezialisierter Elektronikbaugruppen. Die Systeme kommen in Land-, See- und Luft-Anwendungen auf militärischen und zivilen Plattformen zum Einsatz.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung von Laserquellen und Lasersystemen für multifunktionale Anwendungen

• Erarbeitung technischer Neuentwicklungskonzepte unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten, Zeit und Herstellbarkeit

• Konstruktion, Test und Verifizierung von Laserquellen und -systemen im Labor

• Koordination der Disziplinen Mechanik, Optik, Elektronik und Software sowie externer Entwicklungspartner

• Technologiescouting und -bewertung auf Basis produktrelevanter Anwendungen inkl. Studien

• Weiterentwicklung neuer Technologien für zukünftige Laserprodukte

• Technische Unterstützung für interne und externe Kunden

• Anforderungs- und Verifikationsmanagement für Lasersensoren

• Erstellung von Statements of Work und Beschreibung von Arbeitspaketen für Kooperationen mit externen Partnern

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Physik, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Lasersystemen

• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Festkörper-, Faser- und Diodenlasern sowie nichtlinearer Optik

• Erfahrung in Anforderungsanalyse und Projektleitung von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP wünschenswert

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher? Englisch: verhandlungssicher

• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

• Hohe Eigeninitiative und sicheres Auftreten im internationalen Umfeld

Development Engineer (f/m/d) – Laser Systems / Optical Engineering – HENSOLDT

For our customer HENSOLDT, we are looking for a Development Engineer (f/m/d) – Laser Systems / Optical Engineering – HENSOLDT at the Oberkochen site.

The department develops state-of-the-art laser devices, including transmitters, receivers and dedicated electronics modules for military and civil platforms on land, sea and air.

Your tasks

• Develop laser sources and laser systems for multifunctional applications

• Design technical concepts for new developments considering costs, time and manufacturability

• Design, test and verify laser sources and systems in the laboratory

• Coordinate mechanical, optical, electronic and software disciplines and external partners

• Conduct technology scouting and assessment for product-related applications and studies

• Advance new technologies for innovative laser products

• Provide technical support to internal and external partners and customers

• Manage requirements and verification for laser sensors

• Prepare Statements of Work and define work packages for collaboration with external partners

Your profile

• Degree in Physics, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent)

• Several years of experience in laser system development

• Expertise in solid-state, fiber and diode lasers and non-linear optics

• Experience in requirements engineering and project management advantageous

• Proficient with MS Office, SAP a plus

• Fluent in German and English

• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style

• Strong communication and team skills, assertive personality
