Project Management Engineering & Change Management (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

HESYS Engineering is a specialized partner for aerospace and high-tech industries with over 25 years of experience in delivering demanding projects. We support our customers with qualified experts and efficient project execution. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.
You will manage engineering change activities and coordinate stakeholders in a complex international aerospace environment.

Your tasks

• Lead technical change board activities and evaluate configuration changes
• Coordinate implementation strategies across engineering, production and support
• Define and monitor KPIs to track change progress
• Represent engineering in international change boards with customers and authorities
• Drive continuous improvement of change management processes and tools
• Plan and control resources and budgets across involved departments

Your profile

• Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in engineering, aerospace and project management
• Strong background in configuration and change management
• Fluent English skills; German or French is a plus
• Structured and independent working style in complex environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
