You will manage engineering change activities and coordinate stakeholders in a complex international aerospace environment.
Your tasks
- Lead technical change board activities and evaluate configuration changes
- Coordinate implementation strategies across engineering, production and support
- Define and monitor KPIs to track change progress
- Represent engineering in international change boards with customers and authorities
- Drive continuous improvement of change management processes and tools
- Plan and control resources and budgets across involved departments
Your profile
- Degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in engineering, aerospace and project management
- Strong background in configuration and change management
- Fluent English skills; German or French is a plus
- Structured and independent working style in complex environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
