SAP PLM Specialist (m/w/d) – Produkt- und Konfigurationsmanagement

Für unseren Kunden am Standort Ulm suchen wir Sie als SAP PLM Specialist (m/w/d) – Produkt- und Konfigurationsmanagement.
Der Bereich mit seinen drei Abteilungen stellt sicher, dass die Konfigurationsmanagement-Prozesse (CM) unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Anforderungen wirksam im Projekt und am Produkt angewendet werden. Ziel ist es, die Projekt- und Produktziele im Leistungs-, Zeit- und Kostenrahmen risikoarm zu erreichen.
Die Mitarbeiter dieses Bereichs sind über den gesamten Produkt- und Projekt-Lifecycle hinweg in die Projektkernteams eingebunden und arbeiten eng mit Projektleitern und Produktmanagern zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Datenaufbereitung, -vergleich und Reporting

• Pflege von Stammdaten in SAP PLM und internen Datenbanken

• Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung technischer Dokumentationen (Transferoffice)

• Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit Projekt- und Produktteams

• Sicherstellung des Informationsflusses innerhalb der Fachbereiche

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung

• Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung oder im Konfigurationsmanagement (CM)

• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Serena Business Manager und Confluencevon Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher

• Englisch: gute Kenntnisse (versiert)

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

• Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Organisationstalent

For our customer based in Ulm, we are looking for a SAP PLM Clerk (f/m/d) – Product and Configuration Management.
The department, consisting of three divisions, ensures that configuration management (CM) processes are effectively applied to projects and products in compliance with contractual requirements. The goal is to achieve project and product objectives within performance, schedule and cost constraints with minimal risk.
Employees are integrated into core project teams throughout the product and project lifecycle and work closely with project and product managers.

Your tasks

• Prepare, compare and report data

• Maintain master data in SAP PLM and internal databases

• Support documentation management (Transfer Office)

• Collaborate with project and product teams

• Ensure effective information flow within departments

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training

• Experience in project execution or configuration management (CM)

• Knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Serena Business Manager and Confluenceadvantageous

• Proficient in MS Office

• Fluent in German; good command of English

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• High sense of responsibility, resilience and organizational ability
