In this role, you operate flatbed plotter systems for film processing in the aircraft paint environment. The focus is on machine setup, cutting and processing of films, process monitoring and quality control during production.
Your tasks
- Operate flatbed plotters and related systems for film processing in aircraft paint
- Set up and adjust machines, fixtures, tools and workpieces for production
- Produce and cut films for exterior aircraft markings and paint-related applications
- Monitor predefined machine processes, movement sequences and process parameters
- Carry out processing steps such as cutting, drilling, forming and surface treatment
- Check work results against specifications, reference parts and quality requirements
Your profile
- Completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician or machine and plant operator
- More than one year of experience in mechatronics or machine and plant operation
- Confident handling of production machines and technical work processes
- High quality awareness and careful, independent working style
- Ability to stay focused on repetitive and precise tasks over longer periods
- Willingness to work in a continuous shift system
