Project Manager Digital Transformation (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

You manage and coordinate transformation and digitalization projects, ensuring structured execution, stakeholder alignment and measurable project progress.

Your tasks

• Lead and support cross-functional transformation and digital projects
• Plan, structure and manage projects across all phases and stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of milestones, business cases and project objectives
• Manage risks and opportunities and drive mitigation actions
• Prepare management reports and steering committee documentation
• Communicate project status, progress and key decisions transparently

Your profile

• Degree in engineering, business, IT or a comparable field
• Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of change management and process improvement approaches
• Experience with tools such as SAP or collaboration platforms
• Structured working style and ability to manage complex projects
• Business fluent English and strong communication skills
