You manage and coordinate transformation and digitalization projects, ensuring structured execution, stakeholder alignment and measurable project progress.
Your tasks
- Lead and support cross-functional transformation and digital projects
- Plan, structure and manage projects across all phases and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of milestones, business cases and project objectives
- Manage risks and opportunities and drive mitigation actions
- Prepare management reports and steering committee documentation
- Communicate project status, progress and key decisions transparently
Your profile
- Degree in engineering, business, IT or a comparable field
- Experience in project management and stakeholder coordination
- Knowledge of change management and process improvement approaches
- Experience with tools such as SAP or collaboration platforms
- Structured working style and ability to manage complex projects
- Business fluent English and strong communication skills
