Engineer NPI & Industrialization – AIRBUS (m/f/d)

In this role, you will work as Engineer for NPI and Industrialization within a transnational supplier management environment. The focus is on supplier performance, transfer of work, industrial readiness and the successful handover of work packages into serial operations.

Your tasks

• Manage and contribute to contract execution with responsibility for supplier On Quality On Time performance
• Monitor supplier activities, transfer of work and NPI topics across several suppliers
• Implement recovery, improvement and development plans covering quality and delivery aspects
• Coordinate stakeholders within supplier operations management and contribute to MFT/MDT activities
• Ensure industrial planning, project reporting, escalation support and decision-making preparation
• Secure work package maturity before handover to serial Supply Chain Quality Management

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering, technical studies, industrial engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in manufacturing engineering, quality management, supply chain, logistics and project management
• Knowledge of SAP detail functions and confident use of Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of Lean Management, process management, risk management and problem-solving methods
• Knowledge of composite technologies is an advantage
• Business-fluent English skills; German, Spanish or French skills are an advantage
