Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Struktur-Designer (d/f/m).

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an der Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Flugzeugstrukturen für zivile und militärische Programme. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der strukturellen Auslegung, Detaillierung und Optimierung von Composite- und metallischen Strukturen unter Berücksichtigung von Fertigungs- und Montageaspekten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Detaillierung von Flugzeugstrukturen unter Einsatz von CATIA V4/V5 für zivile und militärische Programme (z. B. NH90, TIGER)

• Analyse und Design von Composite-Strukturen einschließlich Materialauswahl und Prozessdefinition

• Berücksichtigung von Fertigungs- und Montageaspekten im Designprozess zur Sicherstellung einer effizienten Produktion

• Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigungstechnik-Teams zur Optimierung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen

• Entwurf und Bewertung metallischer Strukturen sowie deren Integration in das Gesamtsystem

• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen, Zeichnungen und Stücklisten gemäß Unternehmensstandards

• Unterstützung bei Fehleranalysen und der Entwicklung von Korrekturmaßnahmen

• Mitarbeit an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Designprozessen und -methoden

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft- und Raumfahrt, des Maschinenbaus oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung (mindestens Bachelor)

• Berufserfahrung im Bereich Design Engineering, Konstruktion oder Engineering

• Erfahrung im Luft- und Raumfahrtumfeld

• Gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V4 und/oder CATIA V5

• Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

• Kreativität und Problemlösungskompetenz

• Motivierte und kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit

• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Structure Designer (d/f/m).

In this role, you will contribute to the development and detailed design of aircraft structures for civil and military programs. Your focus will be on composite and metallic structures while considering manufacturing and assembly requirements.

Your tasks

• Development, design and detailing of aircraft structures using CATIA V4/V5 for civil and military programs (e.g. NH90, TIGER)

• Analysis and design of composite structures including material selection and process definition

• Consideration of manufacturing and assembly aspects to ensure efficient production

• Cooperation with manufacturing engineering teams to optimize parts and assemblies

• Design and evaluation of metallic structures and their integration into the overall system

• Preparation of technical documentation, drawings and bills of material in line with company standards

• Support in root cause analysis and definition of corrective actions

• Contribution to continuous improvement of design processes and methods

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field

• Professional experience in design engineering, construction or engineering

• Experience in the aerospace environment

• Good knowledge of CATIA V4 and/or CATIA V5

• Structured and independent working style

• Strong team spirit

• Creativity and problem-solving skills

• Motivated personality with strong communication skills

• Fluent business German and English
