In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie das Werkstofflabor in der Prüfung von Metallen und Faserverbundwerkstoffen – von der Probenpräparation bis zur mikroskopischen Analyse und Bewertung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Proben präparieren (Einbetten, Schleifen, Polieren)

• Metallographie und Materialographie an modernen Mikroskopen durchführen

• Serienbegleitproben vorbereiten und untersuchen

• Analyse von Metallen (Aluminium, Titan, Stahl) und Verbundmaterialien

• Sonderthemen wie Schadensfälle und Entwicklungsthemen begleiten

• Ergebnisse dokumentieren und im Team abstimmen

Ihr Profil

• Ausbildung als Werkstoffprüfer/in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erfahrung im Werkstofflabor oder metallurgischen Umfeld von Vorteil

• Interesse an Metallographie und Composite-Materialprüfung

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Sehr gutes Deutsch, gutes Englisch

• Umgang mit digitalen Tools (z. B. Google Workspace) hilfreich

In this role, you will support the materials laboratory in testing metals and composite materials – from sample preparation to microscopic analysis and evaluation.

Your tasks

• Prepare samples (mounting, grinding, polishing)

• Perform metallography and materialography using advanced microscopes

• Prepare and analyse production-related serial samples

• Test metals (aluminium, titanium, steel) and composite materials

• Support special topics such as failure investigations and development work

• Document results and coordinate findings within the team

Your profile

• Vocational training as a materials tester or comparable qualification

• Experience in a materials lab or metallurgy environment is a plus

• Interest in metallography and composite material testing

• Independent, structured and careful working style

• Fluent German and good English

• Confidence with digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace) is helpful
