Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) – Bereitstellung & Logistik – AIRBUS, auch in Teilzeit möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung der Vorrichtungslogistik: Bereitstellung und Versand von Vorrichtungen für die Produktion im 2-Schicht-Betrieb

• Lagerverwaltung und Organisation des Vorrichtungslagers im Schichtbetrieb

• Hallenlogistik: Be- und Entladen interner Bahnhöfe, Sicherstellung des Leergut- und Transportmittelmanagements

• Vorbereitung von Kommissionierlisten und Kontrolle der entnommenen Produkte (Teilenummer, Menge, Verpackung)

• Vorbereitung und Verpackung von Produkten für Transport (Luft-, Land- oder Stückgut) nach Vorgaben

• Versandabwicklung von Bauteilen an interne und externe Kunden inklusive Begleitpapiere

• Pflege von SAP-Daten, Sicherstellung der Rückführung wiederverwendbarer Verpackungen

• Mitwirkung an Prozessverbesserungen in Logistik und Materialfluss

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, z. B.

  • gewerblich-technische Ausbildung,

  • Industriemechaniker/in,

  • Speditionskaufmann/frau,

  • Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/frau oder vergleichbar

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 3 Jahre) in Logistik, Lagerwirtschaft oder Fertigung

• Erfahrung in der Luftfahrt-Logistik von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office

• Staplerschein erforderlich

• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem

• Deutsch: verhandlungssicher?|?Englisch: fortgeschritten

• Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Logistics & Supply Operator (f/m/d) – AIRBUS

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Logistics & Supply Operator (f/m/d) – AIRBUS, also available in part-time.

Your tasks

• Manage fixture logistics: provisioning and shipping of tools and equipment for production (two-shift operation)

• Warehouse management for tools and materials in a structured logistics environment

• Shop floor logistics: loading/unloading of internal routes, handling returnables and transport containers

• Prepare picking lists and ensure product conformity (part numbers, quantities, packaging)

• Pre-pack and prepare goods for air, ground, or freight transport

• Ship components to internal and external customers including documentation

• Maintain data accuracy in SAP and monitor return flow of reusable packaging

• Contribute to continuous process improvements in logistics and supply chain

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, e.g.

  • Technical or industrial background,

  • Industrial clerk, freight forwarding clerk, or equivalent

• At least 3 years of professional experience in logistics, production or supply chain

• Experience in aerospace logistics advantageous

• Proficient in SAP and MS Office

• Forklift license required

• Willingness to work in a two-shift model

• Fluent in German, good English skills

• Team-oriented, reliable and motivated personality
