Supply Officer / Operational Buyer (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Position übernehmen Sie operative Aufgaben im Bereich Beschaffung und Materialversorgung. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit, der Steuerung von Beschaffungsprozessen sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung und Überwachung von Bestellungen auf Basis bestehender Bedarfsanforderungen
• Erstellung von Bedarfsermittlungen sowie Material- und Beschaffungsplanungen
• Pflege von Materialstammdaten und relevanten Steuerungsparametern
• Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Materialengpässen sowie Erstellung von Statusberichten
• Bearbeitung von Lieferantenanfragen, Rechnungsabweichungen und Lieferproblemen
• Mitarbeit in multifunktionalen Teams sowie in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain Management, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation auf Bachelor-Niveau
• Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Einkauf, Materialbeschaffung, Supply Chain Management, Produktionsplanung oder Logistik
• Kenntnisse in SAP MM/SD sowie Erfahrung mit Google Workspace und MS Office
• Verständnis für Beschaffungs-, Produktions- und Logistikprozesse
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher
• Analytische Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

In this role, you will be responsible for operational procurement and supply chain activities. The focus is on ensuring material availability, managing purchasing processes and coordinating supplier-related topics within a complex industrial environment.

Your tasks

• Create and monitor purchase orders based on material requirements
• Support demand planning and material availability management
• Maintain material master data and procurement parameters
• Initiate mitigation actions for material shortages and prepare status reports
• Resolve supplier-related issues including delivery delays, quality concerns and invoice discrepancies
• Participate in multifunctional teams and cross-functional projects

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or a comparable qualification
• At least two years of professional experience in procurement, supply chain management, logistics or production planning
• Knowledge of SAP MM/SD, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
• Understanding of purchasing, logistics and production planning processes
• Business fluent German and English skills
• Strong analytical, communication and teamwork abilities
