Supply Manager Material Support (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie das Supply Management für Material-Supportaufträge im Kundenumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Auftragsmanagement, Angebotserstellung, Beschaffungsnachverfolgung sowie der Koordination von Ersatzteilen, Reparaturen und In-Service-Support.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Zentrale Anlaufstelle für Kunden bei Material-Supportaufträgen und Auftragserfüllung
• Einholung von Preisen sowie Erstellung und Weiterleitung von Angeboten und Preislisten
• Vollständiges Auftragsmanagement für Ersatzteile, Reparaturen und In-Service-Support
• Nachverfolgung und Risikominderung im Einkaufsprozess für Ersatzteile und Reparaturleistungen
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Materialretouren und Gewährleistungsansprüchen
• Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen inklusive Präsentationserstellung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Supply Chain, Logistik, BWL oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Einkauf, Supply Chain und Projektmanagement
• Detaillierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Google-Anwendungen und SAP
• Grundkenntnisse in militärischer Logistik sind von Vorteil
• Proaktive, strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit analytischer Problemlösungskompetenz
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils mindestens verhandlungssicher

HESYS Engineering has been a specialized engineering service provider in aerospace and high-tech for more than 25 years. We support demanding technical projects with clear structures and personal guidance. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you will manage material support orders in a customer-facing supply environment. The focus is on order management, quotation handling, procurement follow-up and coordination of spare parts, repairs and in-service support.

Your tasks

• Act as central contact for customers regarding material support orders and order fulfillment
• Obtain prices and prepare or forward quotations and price lists for customers
• Manage the full order process for spare parts, repairs and in-service support
• Follow up and mitigate risks within the procurement process for spare parts and repair services
• Handle customer requests, material returns and warranty claims
• Communicate with customers, suppliers and internal interfaces, including preparation of presentations

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics, business administration or economics
• Several years of experience in purchasing, supply chain and project management
• Detailed MS Office skills and experience with Google applications and SAP
• Basic knowledge of military logistics would be beneficial
• Proactive, structured working style with strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Business-fluent German and English skills
