Sie steuern Materialflüsse und Lieferketten im Produktionsumfeld und sorgen für eine stabile Versorgung der internen Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Planung, Disposition und Beschaffung von Bauteilen, Materialien und Dienstleistungen
• Überwachung von Liefermengen, Terminen und Kosten sowie Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
• Analyse und Behebung von Lieferstörungen inklusive Einleitung von Maßnahmen
• Pflege und Prüfung von Bedarfs- und Stammdaten im Rahmen von Änderungen und Neuteilen
• Bewertung von Lieferleistungen anhand von Kennzahlen und Ableitung von Optimierungen
• Mitarbeit an Logistikprojekten zur Verbesserung von Verfügbarkeit und Beständen

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistik, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Disposition, Beschaffung oder Lieferantenmanagement
• Kenntnisse in SAP und gängigen Office-Anwendungen
• Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

You manage supply chain activities and ensure stable material availability within a production environment.

Your tasks

• Plan, schedule and procure parts, materials and services
• Monitor deliveries regarding quantity, timing and cost and coordinate with suppliers
• Analyze and resolve delivery issues including corrective actions
• Maintain and validate demand and master data for new parts and modifications
• Evaluate supplier performance using KPIs and derive improvements
• Support logistics projects to improve availability and inventory levels

Your profile

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business or comparable
• Experience in procurement, planning or supplier management
• Knowledge of SAP and common office tools
• Analytical mindset and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional coordination ability
• German fluent and English advanced
