Als operativer Einkäufer (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie selbstständig operative Einkaufsaufgaben. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Beauftragungen, Bestellabwicklung, Materialverfügbarkeit und der Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Selbstständige Bearbeitung der operativen Einkaufstätigkeiten unter Einhaltung der maßgeblichen Vorschriften und Richtlinien
• Durchführung von Beauftragungen einschließlich Lieferantenauswahl und vollständigem Ordermanagement sowie Vereinbarung und Bewertung von Beschaffungskonditionen
• Anlage, Überwachung und abschließende Abwicklung von Bestellungen bis zur Wareneingangsbuchung
• Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Liefermengen, Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit sowie proaktive Einleitung von Korrekturmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
• Tägliche Kommunikation mit nationalen und internationalen Lieferanten, Klärung von Rückfragen und Nachverfolgung offener Vorgänge
• Bearbeitung von Klärfällen zu Terminen und Qualität in Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachbereichen
• Pflege der Daten in den IT-Systemen für den verantworteten Bereich
• Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der operativen Einkaufsprozesse

Ihr Profil

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung mindestens auf dem Qualifikationsniveau Techniker oder Fachwirt
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Disposition beziehungsweise Materialbeschaffung und im Lieferantenmanagement
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung im operativen Einkauf
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von SAP
• Mindestens verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Eigenständigkeit
• Teamfähigkeit, Einsatzbereitschaft und hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit
• Anpassungsfähigkeit, professionelle und positive Einstellung sowie Offenheit für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Veränderungen

As an operational buyer, you will independently perform operational purchasing activities. Your focus will be on placing orders, processing purchase orders, ensuring material availability and working with national and international suppliers.

Your tasks

• Independently perform operational purchasing activities in compliance with the relevant regulations and guidelines
• Place orders, including supplier selection and complete order management, and negotiate and evaluate purchasing terms
• Create, monitor and complete purchase orders through to goods receipt posting
• Monitor delivery dates and quantities, ensure material availability and proactively initiate corrective measures in the event of deviations
• Communicate daily with national and international suppliers, clarify queries and follow up on open matters
• Handle clarification cases concerning delivery dates and quality in coordination with the relevant specialist departments
• Maintain data in the IT systems for the assigned area of responsibility
• Support the continuous optimization of operational purchasing processes

Your profile

• Commercial vocational qualification at least at the qualification level of technician or certified business specialist
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following areas: scheduling or material procurement and supplier management
• Extensive experience in operational purchasing
• Knowledge of SAP detail functions
• At least negotiation-level German and English
• Structured, responsible and careful approach to work, with a high degree of independence
• Ability to work in a team, commitment and strong communication skills
• Adaptability, a professional and positive attitude, and openness to continuous improvement and change
