Ihre Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle steuern Sie technische und operative Projekte im Umfeld von Services und Operations und übernehmen eine zentrale Koordinationsfunktion zwischen Engineering, externen Partnern und Management.

• Steuerung technischer und operativer Projekte mit Fokus auf Workpackage- und Workload-Management

• Zentrale operative Schnittstelle zwischen externen Partnern und internen Engineering-Teams

• Koordination von Abstimmung, Beauftragung und Lieferleistung externer Partner

• Konsolidierung und Analyse technischer Arbeitslast- und Ressourcendaten

• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Ressourcen- und Kapazitätsmodellen

• Steuerung des gesamten Projektlebenszyklus unter Einhaltung von Zeit, Kosten und Qualität

• Überwachung von Projektbudgets und Kostenentwicklungen

• Proaktives Risiko- und Maßnahmenmanagement bei technischen oder operativen Engpässen

• Weiterentwicklung von Projektmethoden, Planung und Reporting zur Steigerung der operativen Effizienz

• Regelmäßige Status- und Entscheidungsberichte zu Projektfortschritt, Engpässen und Ressourcenbedarfen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich oder vergleichbar

• Berufserfahrung im Projekt-, Operations- oder technischen Umfeld

• Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge sowie Projekt- und Prozessabläufe

• Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern

• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office- und Kollaborationstools

• Kenntnisse im Projekt- und Risikomanagement

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

• Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Kommunikationsstärke und Hands-on-Mentalität

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

Your tasks

In this role, you will manage technical and operational projects within a services and operations environment and act as a key interface between engineering, external partners and management.

• Management of technical and operational projects with a focus on work package and workload management

• Acting as the central operational interface between external partners and internal engineering teams

• Coordination of alignment, contracting and delivery performance of external partners

• Consolidation and analysis of technical workload and resource data

• Support in implementing resource and capacity models

• End-to-end project lifecycle management ensuring compliance with schedule, cost and quality targets

• Monitoring and control of project budgets and expenditures

• Proactive risk management and resolution of technical or operational bottlenecks

• Continuous improvement of project methods, planning and reporting to enhance operational efficiency

• Regular reporting on project status, technical constraints and resource needs to support management decisions

Your profile

• Completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, technical or business studies or a comparable field

• Professional experience in project management, operations or technical environments

• Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical contexts

• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders

• Confident handling of common office and collaboration tools

• Knowledge of project and risk management principles

• Business-fluent German and English skills

• Structured, independent and result-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills and a hands-on mindset
