Strategischer Einkäufer (m/w/d) – Flight Systems

Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Procurement & Supply Chain suchen wir Sie als Strategischen Einkäufer (m/w/d) – Flight Systems. In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die Beschaffung, Lieferantensteuerung und strategische Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Flugzeugsysteme.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Leitung des MFT/MDT (mit möglicher Delegation an Buyer)

• Zentrale Schnittstelle zum Unternehmen für Commodity Management (per Commodity Produkte/Dienstleistungen)

• Entwicklung, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Commodity-Strategie

• Umsetzung der Procurement-Policy und Sicherstellung der Compliance

• Durchführung von Marktanalysen (inkl. global sourcing und Offsets)

• Steuerung des gesamten Sourcing-Prozesses (CFT, RFP, Vertragsmanagement)

• Beitrag zur Überwachung und Verbesserung der Lieferantenperformance

• Identifikation und Leitung von Value-Creation-Projekten sowie Unterstützung von Produkt- und Service-Innovationen

• Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen

• Sicherstellung des Risikomanagements im Einkauf

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (mind. Bachelor)

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Disposition/Materialbeschaffung sowie im strategischen Einkauf

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (detaillierte Spezialkenntnisse)

• SAP: fundierte Kenntnisse in Detailfunktionen

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Suite erforderlich

• Englisch: verhandlungssicher

• Deutsch und Spanisch: wünschenswert

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

For an assignment in the field of Procurement & Supply Chain, we are looking for a Procurement Manager (m/f/d) – Flight Systems. In this role, you will be responsible for procurement, supplier management, and strategic development in the field of flight systems.

Your tasks

• Lead the MFT/MDT (with possible delegation to Buyer)

• Act as the main entry point for commodity management (per commodity products/services)

• Establish, implement, and continuously improve the commodity strategy

• Implement the procurement policy and ensure compliance

• Perform market analysis (including global sourcing and offsets)

• Manage sourcing processes (CFT, RFP, contract management)

• Contribute to monitoring and improving supplier performance

• Identify and lead value creation projects and support product/service innovation

• Build and maintain long-term supplier relationships

• Ensure risk management in procurement

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace or Industrial Engineering

• At least 3 years of experience in materials planning/procurement and strategic purchasing

• Strong knowledge of MS Office (detailed expert knowledge)

• SAP: knowledge of detail functions

• Experience with Google Suite is required

• English: fluent

• German and Spanish: desirable

• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
