Sie unterstützen die Verifikation und Qualitätssicherung von Software im Umfeld simulationsnaher Systeme. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf strukturierten Testverfahren, manuellen und automatisierten Tests sowie der engen Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Systemtechnik.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Systemspezifikationen analysieren und daraus Teststrategien sowie Testfälle ableiten
• Strukturierte Testverfahren definieren, dokumentieren und aktuell halten
• Verifikationsaktivitäten planen, durchführen und im Projektverlauf nachverfolgen
• Manuelle Tests zur Prüfung von Funktionalität, Usability und Systemverhalten ausführen
• Automatisierte GUI-Tests entwickeln, pflegen und in bestehende Abläufe integrieren
• Testergebnisse dokumentieren, Fehler transparent berichten und Regressionstests unterstützen

Ihr Profil
• Studium in Informatik, Luft- und Raumfahrt oder einem vergleichbaren technischen Bereich
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, Test, Verifikation oder IT-nahen Systemumgebungen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Python sowie Erfahrung mit Testfallentwicklung und Testautomatisierung
• Praxiserfahrung mit Jira, Xray oder vergleichbaren Tools ist von Vorteil
• Analytische, strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie gute Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

This role supports software verification and quality assurance in the area of simulation-related systems. The focus is on structured test procedures, manual and automated testing, and close cooperation with development and system engineering teams.

Your tasks
• Analyze system specifications and derive test strategies and test cases
• Define, document and maintain structured test procedures
• Plan, execute and follow up verification activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Perform manual tests to verify functionality, usability and system behavior
• Develop and maintain automated GUI tests and support verification infrastructure improvement
• Document test results, report defects clearly and support integration and regression testing

Your profile
• Degree in computer science, aerospace or a comparable technical field
• Several years of experience in software, testing, verification or IT-related system environments
• Strong Python skills and practical experience in test case definition and test automation
• Experience with Jira, Xray or similar tools is an advantage
• Analytical, structured and detail-oriented working style with strong teamwork skills
• Business fluent German and English
