In this role, you will manage customer orders for repair, lease and exchange services for Airbus proprietary parts. The focus is on customer communication, supplier and repair station coordination, KPI monitoring and end-to-end order management in an international aviation environment.
Your tasks
- Act as central contact for repair, lease and exchange orders with customers and repair stations
- Manage customer orders and monitor suppliers against agreed KPIs and contract obligations
- Coordinate AOG inquiries, commercial topics and order status with airlines, MROs and internal teams
- Analyze customer issues and coordinate delivery solutions across the supply chain
- Monitor repair station performance regarding time, cost and quality targets
- Prepare performance reports and support improvement projects for future ways of working
Your profile
- Degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, economics or comparable field
- Professional experience in material planning, customer service, supplier management or order management
- Experience in project management, process improvement and end-to-end supply chain coordination
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, MS Excel and Google Workspace
- Business-fluent English skills; French, German or Spanish skills are beneficial
- Strong customer orientation, intercultural understanding and structured working style
