In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die Planung und Steuerung von Produktionsabläufen und sorgen für eine stabile Abstimmung zwischen Fertigung, Einkauf und Qualität.

Ihre Aufgaben

– Planung und Steuerung von Produktionsaufträgen sowie Ressourcen und Kapazitäten
– Analyse von Workload, Auslastung und Materialbedarfen
– Abstimmung mit Fertigungsbereichen wie Zerspanung, Montage, Oberflächenbehandlung und Test
– Terminplanung und Überwachung von Fertigungsabläufen
– Steuerung von Beschaffungsvorgängen für Material, Bauteile und externe Dienstleistungen
– Überwachung von Kennzahlen zu Termintreue, Kosten und Qualität

Ihr Profil

– Abgeschlossene technische, kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (m/w/d)
– Erfahrung in Produktion, Produktionsplanung, Einkauf oder Projektkoordination
– Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools wie MS Office sowie ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP)
– Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und organisatorisches Geschick
– Kommunikationsstärke und Zusammenarbeit über mehrere Fachbereiche hinweg
– Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

In this role you will support planning and coordination of production activities and ensure smooth collaboration between manufacturing, procurement and quality teams.

Your tasks

– Plan and coordinate production orders, resources and capacities
– Analyse workload, capacity utilisation and material demand
– Interface with manufacturing areas such as machining, assembly, surface treatment and testing
– Monitor production schedules and delivery milestones
– Support procurement of materials, components and external manufacturing services
– Track key performance indicators related to schedule, cost and quality

Your profile

– Completed technical, commercial or comparable qualification
– Experience in production, production planning, procurement or project coordination
– Confident use of MS Office and ERP systems such as SAP
– Structured working style and organisational skills
– Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration ability
– Fluent German and good English skills
