In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die operative Materialversorgung und stimmen Beschaffung, Liefertermine und Bestände eng mit den beteiligten Schnittstellen ab.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Operative Beschaffung von Bauteilen und Überwachung laufender Bestellungen
• Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen und Klärung von Verzögerungen
• Abstimmung mit Produktion, Logistik und weiteren Schnittstellen
• Unterstützung bei Engpässen, Qualitätsfragen und Materialverfügbarkeit
• Pflege relevanter Auftrags- und Lieferdaten im ERP-System
• Erstellung von Übersichten zu Beständen, Lieferstatus und Verbesserungen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistik, Wirtschaft oder Technik
• Erfahrung in Einkauf, Supply Chain, Logistik oder Lieferantenmanagement
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise SAP
• Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gutes Verständnis für operative Abläufe
• Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

In this role, you support operational material supply and coordinate procurement, delivery dates and stock levels with the involved interfaces.

Your tasks

• Operational procurement of parts and monitoring of ongoing purchase orders
• Follow-up of delivery dates and clarification of delays
• Coordination with production, logistics and further interfaces
• Support in shortages, quality topics and material availability
• Maintenance of relevant order and delivery data in the ERP system
• Preparation of overviews on stock, delivery status and improvements

Your profile

• Degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering or a related field
• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, logistics or supplier management
• Confident handling of ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Structured working style and good understanding of operational processes
• Strong communication skills, initiative and team orientation
• Fluent German and English skills
