In dieser Rolle planst und optimierst du Reparatur- und Fertigungsprozesse im Umfeld einer europäischen Instandhaltungsorganisation.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Produktions- und Reparaturprozessen durch Continuous-Improvement-Maßnahmen

• Entwicklung und Auswahl geeigneter Fertigungs- und Reparaturkonzepte

• Identifikation und Umsetzung von Kostenoptimierungen

• Koordination von Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP) in Bezug auf Kosten, Termine und Qualität

• Neu- und Serienplanung von Einzelteilen und Baugruppen

• Erstellung von Arbeitsplänen im Rahmen der Maintenance Organization Approval (MOA) auf Basis von SRM und CMM

• Erarbeitung spezieller Reparaturlösungen gemeinsam mit dem Engineering, auch abweichend von SRM/CMM

• Bewertung und Bestätigung der industriellen Umsetzbarkeit gemäß SMOA-Richtlinien

• Analyse von Fertigungsproblemen und Einleitung geeigneter Abstellmaßnahmen

• Beauftragung von standardisierten sowie speziellen Fertigungsmitteln

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder Fachwirt
  oder vergleichbare Qualifikation im metallverarbeitenden oder luftfahrttechnischen Umfeld

• Berufserfahrung in Fertigungsplanung, Manufacturing Engineering oder Instandhaltung

• Erfahrung im Umfeld von EASA Part-145 Organisationen

• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

• Hohes Maß an Eigenorganisation, Lernbereitschaft und Flexibilität

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse

In this role, you support production and repair planning activities within a European maintenance environment.

HESYS Engineering is a partner for highly specialized engineering and operational services and supports demanding programs for leading companies in the aerospace and defence industry.

Your tasks

• Optimization and continuous improvement of production and repair processes

• Development and selection of suitable manufacturing and repair concepts

• Identification and implementation of cost improvement measures

• Coordination of continuous improvement activities regarding cost, schedule and quality

• Planning of new and series production parts and assemblies

• Creation of work plans within MOA based on SRM and CMM documentation

• Development of special repair solutions together with engineering teams

• Assessment of industrial feasibility according to SMOA guidelines

• Identification of production issues and initiation of corrective actions

• Ordering of standard and special manufacturing equipment

Your profile

• Technical vocational background with further qualification (master craftsman, technician or equivalent)

• Professional experience in production planning, manufacturing engineering or maintenance

• Experience in an EASA Part-145 environment

• Structured, independent and reliable working style

• High level of self-organization, flexibility and willingness to learn

• Willingness to travel occasionally

• Business-fluent German and good English skills
