In dieser Position arbeiten Sie im Technical Shopfloor Support für Widebody-Programme. Sie koordinieren Serienarbeiten in der mechanischen und elektrischen Systeminstallation, sichern Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele und unterstützen eine restarbeitsfreie Übergabe der Sektionen an den nächsten Produktionsstandort.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Einsatz im Technical Support Team für Widebody-Programme

• Koordination von Serienarbeiten in der mechanischen und elektrischen Systeminstallation

• Sicherstellung einer restarbeitsfreien Auslieferung der Sektionen an den Folgestandort (Frankreich)

• Recherche von Designvorgaben (z. B. DS, DQN) und Umsetzung in Fertigungsaufträge

• Abruf von Flugzeugmaterial aus dem Lager gemäß Bedarfsterminen

• Eskalation dringender Materialbedarfe in Abstimmung mit Procurement

• Aktive Mitarbeit zur Verbesserung von Termintreue, Kosten und Qualität

• Bauplatzsteuerung und Terminüberwachung

• Identifikation von Fertigungsproblemen sowie schnelle Einleitung von Abstellmaßnahmen

• Analyse und Clusterung wiederkehrender Störungen mit High-End-IT-Tools (z. B. Palantir Tandem, Sparrow, Explorer)

• Umreservierung von Materialbedarfen in SAP (PDA)

• Monitoring von Ausrüstungs- und Materialfehlteilen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau oder vergleichbares technisches Studium (mind. Bachelor)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion oder Serienbetreuung

• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse in Arbeitsvorbereitung wünschenswert

• Logistikerfahrung von Vorteil

• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse (SAP / SAP R/3)

• Sicherer Umgang mit Google Workspace

• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen

• Konflikt- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen

• Stressresistenz und Fähigkeit, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen Prioritäten zu setzen

• Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit

• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

• Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil

In this role, you work in technical shopfloor support for widebody programs. You coordinate serial production activities, ensure on-time delivery, cost efficiency and quality, and support a smooth handover of sections to the next production site.

Your tasks

• Support of the technical shopfloor team for widebody programs

• Coordination of serial production activities in mechanical and electrical system installation

• Ensuring delivery of sections without remaining work to the next production site (France)

• Review of design requirements (e.g. DS, DQN) and translation into manufacturing orders

• Call-off of aircraft material from logistics according to demand dates

• Escalation of urgent material requirements in coordination with procurement

• Continuous contribution to improvements in schedule adherence, cost and quality

• Shopfloor control and schedule monitoring

• Identification of manufacturing issues and rapid implementation of corrective actions

• Analysis and clustering of recurring issues using advanced IT tools (e.g. Palantir Tandem, Sparrow, Explorer)

• Re-allocation of material requirements in SAP (PDA)

• Monitoring of missing equipment and material

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable technical field

• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production or serial support

• Experience in project management is an advantage

• Knowledge of work preparation processes is desirable

• Logistics experience is an advantage

• Very good knowledge of SAP / SAP R/3

• Confident use of Google Workspace

• Strong communication skills across all organizational levels

• Assertiveness, conflict resolution skills and ability to represent departmental interests

• Stress resistance and strong prioritization skills

• Willingness to work shifts

• Fluent German and fluent English

• French language skills are a plus
