In dieser Rolle übernehmen Sie Aufgaben in der Fertigungssteuerung im Bereich Composites. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Materialverfügbarkeit, Prüfplanung, Fehlmaterialanalyse, dispositiver Optimierung sowie der Steuerung externer Lagerprozesse für Kühlware und Gefahrgut.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Festlegung und Einsteuerung der Reihenfolge für Wareneingangs- und Verlängerungsprüfungen
• Nachverfolgung von Materialprüfungen für Freigaben und Verlängerungen
• Planung und Sicherstellung der täglichen Materialverfügbarkeit in Produktionsversorgungsbereichen
• Ermittlung und Analyse von Fehlmaterialien mit Bezug auf Haltbarkeit und Verfügbarkeit
• Optimierung dispositiver Parameter wie Bestände, Durchlaufzeiten und Umschlagshäufigkeit
• Steuerung externer Lagerprozesse inklusive Kühlware, Gefahrgut, Kühlkette und Materialabrufen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Fertigung, Produktion oder Logistics
• Kenntnisse in SAP und MS Office, idealerweise mit Detailfunktionen
• Erfahrung mit Materialsteuerung, Beständen, Lagerprozessen oder Produktionsversorgung
• Kenntnisse im Luftfahrtumfeld oder bei Airbus sind von Vorteil
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert sowie Teamfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen

HESYS has 25 years of experience in technical project environments. The focus is on aerospace & high-tech with specialized assignments directly at the customer.For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you take over production control tasks in the composites area. The focus is on material availability, inspection planning, missing-material analysis, planning parameter optimization and external warehouse processes for cooled materials and dangerous goods.

Your tasks

• Define and control the sequence for incoming goods inspections and extension inspections
• Track material inspections for releases and extensions
• Plan and ensure daily material availability for production supply areas
• Identify and analyze missing materials with regard to shelf life and availability
• Optimize planning parameters such as inventories, lead times and turnover frequency
• Coordinate external warehouse processes including cooled goods, dangerous goods, cold chain and material calls

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally with further qualification as technician or master craftsman
• Several years of experience in manufacturing, production or logistics
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office, ideally including detailed functions
• Experience in material control, inventory management, warehouse processes or production supply
• Knowledge of aviation or Airbus environments is an advantage
• Business-fluent German and advanced English with teamwork skills and assertiveness
