Sie übernehmen Einkaufsaufgaben im Umfeld Bau, Infrastruktur und Anlagen und begleiten Projekte von der frühen Vergabeplanung bis zur vertraglichen Umsetzung. Dabei arbeiten Sie eng mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Einkauf für Bau-, Infrastruktur- und anlagennahe Projekte im technischen Umfeld
• Mitarbeit in frühen Projektphasen zur Strukturierung geeigneter Vergabepakete
• Koordination und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen inklusive Angebotsauswertung
• Verhandlung von kommerziellen und vertraglichen Rahmenbedingungen
• Erstellung von Bestellungen und Verträgen sowie Begleitung der Umsetzung
• Steuerung von Lieferantenperformance sowie Maßnahmen zu Kosten- und Risikoreduzierung

Ihr Profil

• Studium in Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf, Vertragsmanagement oder Beschaffungsumfeld
• Erfahrung im Bauwesen und gutes Verständnis für baunahe Vergaben
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und durchsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstärke und Koordinationsfähigkeit in bereichsübergreifenden Teams
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher

You take responsibility for procurement activities in the field of construction, infrastructure and industrial equipment and support projects from early sourcing concepts to contractual implementation. You work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers in a structured project environment.

Your tasks

• Manage procurement activities for construction, infrastructure and plant-related projects
• Support early project phases by defining suitable sourcing and tender packages
• Coordinate and run tenders including bid evaluation and supplier selection
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with suppliers
• Create orders and contracts and support their proper implementation
• Drive supplier performance as well as cost and risk reduction measures

Your profile

• Degree in civil engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or similar
• Several years of experience in procurement, contract management or sourcing
• Experience in construction-related purchasing and relevant project environments
• Structured, independent and assertive way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions
• Business fluent German and English skills
