Sie übernehmen eine koordinierende Rolle im operativen Beschaffungsumfeld mit Fokus auf Bestellprozesse, Materialverfügbarkeit und Lieferantensteuerung.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung und Überwachung von Bestellungen in SAP-/ERP-Systemen
• Sicherstellung eines stabilen Materialflusses hinsichtlich Termin, Qualität und Kosten
• Abstimmung mit internationalen Lieferanten im operativen Beschaffungsprozess
• Einleitung und Nachverfolgung von Korrektur- und Präventivmaßnahmen
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Einkaufsprozessen gemäß Vorgaben
• Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen internen Bereichen und externen Partnern

Ihr Profil

• Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Alternativ kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Einkauf oder Supply Chain Umfeld
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Tools
• Strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Belastbarkeit
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher

You will take on a coordinating role within operational procurement with a focus on order management, material availability and supplier coordination.

Your tasks

• Create and monitor purchase orders in SAP/ERP systems
• Ensure material flow regarding timing, quality and cost targets
• Coordinate with international suppliers within the procurement process
• Initiate and follow up corrective and preventive actions
• Ensure compliance with purchasing processes and internal guidelines
• Act as an interface between internal stakeholders and external partners

Your profile

• Degree in business administration, supply chain or comparable qualification
• Alternatively commercial training with relevant professional experience
• Several years of experience in procurement or supply chain environment
• Strong SAP skills and confident use of common tools
• Structured and independent working style with high resilience
• Business fluent German and English
