Supply Chain Analyst Spare Parts Planning (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

In this role, you work in spare parts demand planning to ensure material availability for airline customer requirements. You analyze planning data, validate demand forecasts and coordinate supply chain interfaces.

Your tasks

• Analyze and validate material demand forecasts based on customer orders, planning and customer data
• Perform procurement planning and ensure stock levels as well as material availability
• Coordinate with product management, customer order desk, purchasing, quality, warehouse and logistics
• Monitor supply chain data and support reliable spare parts availability for airline customers
• Support improvement and optimization measures in planning and supply chain processes
• Ensure clear communication and structured information flow across involved departments

Your profile

• Completed degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, logistics or a comparable qualification
• More than 2 years of experience in aerospace, supply chain or logistics
• More than 2 years of experience in data analysis or data management
• Advanced user knowledge of SAP and confident use of Google Workspace
• Strong communication skills and structured, result-oriented working style
• Business-fluent English skills; German skills are an advantage
