In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie die technische Fertigung im laufenden Produktionsumfeld. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf Problemlösung, Prozessverbesserung und Abstimmung zwischen Produktion und Technik.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse und Lösung wiederkehrender technischer Probleme in der Produktion
• Unterstützung bei Planung, Steuerung und Verbesserung von Fertigungsprozessen
• Bearbeitung von Nichtkonformitäten nach technischen Vorgaben
• Recherche von Zeichnungen, Referenzen, Teilen und Dokumentationen in IT-Systemen
• Einleitung von Maßnahmen bei Fertigungsproblemen und offenen Restarbeiten
• Abstimmung mit Produktion, Technik und weiteren Schnittstellen im Schichtbetrieb

Ihr Profil

• Technische Qualifikation im Bereich Mechanik, Mechatronik, Flugzeugbau oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Fertigung, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigungssteuerung oder Line Side Support
• Kenntnisse in SAP, CATIA V5 oder vergleichbaren technischen Anwendungen
• Verständnis für Produktionsprozesse, technische Vorgaben und Dokumentation
• Kommunikationsstarke, durchsetzungsfähige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

In this role, you support technical production in an active shopfloor environment. The focus is on problem solving, process improvement and coordination between production and engineering.

Your tasks

• Analyze and resolve recurring technical issues in production
• Support planning, control and improvement of manufacturing processes
• Handle non-conformities according to technical requirements
• Research drawings, references, parts and documentation in IT systems
• Initiate actions for manufacturing issues and open remaining work
• Coordinate with production, engineering and further interfaces in shift operations

Your profile

• Technical qualification in mechanics, mechatronics, aircraft construction or a comparable field
• Experience in production, work preparation, production control or line side support
• Knowledge of SAP, CATIA V5 or comparable technical applications
• Understanding of production processes, technical requirements and documentation
• Strong communication skills with a structured and confident working style
• Fluent German and advanced English skills
