Configuration & Change Manager (m/w/d) – Aerospace Systems

Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Configuration & Change Management suchen wir Sie am Standort Bremen als Configuration & Change Manager (m/w/d) – Aerospace Systems.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung und Unterstützung der Change- und Problem-Report-Management-Prozesse

• Überwachung und Korrektur aller Configuration-Management-Deliverables

• Unterstützung bei der Definition neuer Funktionalitäten in CM-Tools

• Definition und Erarbeitung gemeinsamer Life-Cycle-Prozesse für eine umfassend CM-kontrollierte Produktentwicklung

• Vorbereitung und Durchführung von CM Exchange Boards

• Schnittstelle zwischen internationalen Entwicklungs- und CM-Abteilungen

• Koordination und Strukturierung von Inputs (Ideen und Konzepte)

• Teilnahme an Meetings zur Planung und Absprache von Änderungen

• Änderungskoordination zwischen Engineering, PMO, Produktion und ILS

• Erstellen und Prüfen von Änderungsanträgen für Airframe Design und Systems Engineering

• Teilnahme an internen und externen CCBs sowie Nachrüstbesprechungen

• Pflege und Überarbeitung von CM-Handbüchern und -Standards

• Prüfung und Anpassung von CM-Prozessen an aktuelle und zukünftige Anforderungen

• Auswertung und Überwachung von Datenbanken (Terminverfolgung)

• Anlegen und Freigabe von Dokumenten im PDM-System

• Archivierung von Aufzeichnungen und Dokumenten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium (Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbarer Bachelorabschluss)

• Fundierte Kenntnisse im Configuration Management über den gesamten E2E-Prozess

• Erfahrung mit Reporting-Konzepten und Verständnis von Produktionsabläufen (Engineering/Design/Manufacturing/In-Service)

• Erfahrung im Product Lifecycle Management und Qualitätsmanagement

• Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

• Kenntnisse in PLM-Tools (Teamcenter, PCMS) von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse in openText/Microfocus-Produkten (z. B. Dimensions, Octane) erwünscht

• Erfahrung mit ALM- und PLM-Systemen wünschenswert

• Deutsch versiert, Englisch verhandlungssicher, Spanisch und/oder Französisch von Vorteil

• Teamfähigkeit, Organisationstalent, Kommunikationsstärke, schnelle Auffassungsgabe

• Hohe Eigeninitiative, selbstständiges Arbeiten, Belastbarkeit

• Erfahrung im Umgang mit multikulturellen Zielgruppen

For an assignment in Configuration & Change Management we are looking for a Configuration & Change Manager (m/f/d) – Aerospace Systems, Bremen.

Your tasks

• Conduct and support change and problem report management processes

• Monitor and correct all configuration management deliverables

• Support the definition of new functionalities in CM tools

• Define and develop common life-cycle processes for CM-controlled product development

• Prepare and conduct CM Exchange Boards

• Act as interface between international development and CM departments

• Coordinate and structure inputs (ideas and concepts)

• Participate in meetings for planning and coordination of changes

• Coordinate changes between Engineering, PMO, Production and ILS

• Create and review change requests for Airframe Design and Systems Engineering

• Participate in internal and external CCBs and retrofit meetings

• Maintain and update CM manuals and standards

• Review and adapt CM processes to current and future requirements

• Evaluate and monitor databases regarding schedule tracking

• Create and release documents in the PDM system

• Archive original records and documents

Your profile

• University degree (Informatics, Engineering or equivalent bachelor’s degree)

• Solid knowledge of configuration management across the complete E2E process

• Experience with reporting concepts and understanding of production processes (engineering/design/manufacturing/in-service)

• Experience in product lifecycle management and quality management

• Very good MS Office skills

• Knowledge of PLM tools (Teamcenter, PCMS) advantageous

• Experience with openText/Microfocus products (e.g. Dimensions, Octane) desirable

• Familiarity with ALM and PLM systems beneficial

• German: good, English: fluent, Spanish and/or French advantageous

• Strong team player with excellent organisational and communication skills

• Quick learner with initiative, self-driven and resilient

• Experience working with multicultural teams
