In dieser Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Produktionsbereichen, internationalen Standorten und der Endmontage. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Aircraft Management, der Steuerung von Übergabeprozessen sowie dem Risikomanagement im Umfeld komplexer Flugzeugprogramme.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Vertretung der Wing-Equipping-Linie gegenüber der Final Assembly Line (FAL) in allen übergaberelevanten Themen
• Koordination und Abstimmung mit den Produktionsstandorten sowie relevanten Schnittstellenpartnern
• Verhandlung und Überwachung von Qualitäts- und Übergabezielen im Rahmen definierter Quality Gates
• Steuerung von Abweichungen und Störungen im Produktionsfluss mit Fokus auf terminkritische Flugzeuge
• Proaktive Identifikation und Minimierung von Risiken mit Einfluss auf Übergabetermine und Produktionspläne
• Abstimmung von Maßnahmen mit internen Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und internationalen Standorten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
• Mehr als fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau sowie Erfahrung im Aircraft Management
• Erfahrung im Interface- und Lieferantenmanagement innerhalb komplexer Produktionsumgebungen
• Vertiefte SAP-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit Google Workspace
• Gute Kenntnisse in Prozessmanagement sowie Kenntnisse im Risikomanagement und in Problemlösungsmethoden
• Deutsch und Englisch jeweils verhandlungssicher sowie Erfahrung mit ACPnG und Airbus-Prozessen

In this role, you will act as a key interface between production operations, international manufacturing sites and the Final Assembly Line. The focus is on aircraft management, handover coordination and risk mitigation within a complex aerospace production environment.

Your tasks

• Represent the Wing Equipping line towards the Final Assembly Line regarding all handover-related topics
• Coordinate activities with production sites and key internal stakeholders
• Negotiate and monitor quality and handover targets within defined Quality Gates
• Manage disruptions within operational flows, focusing on aircraft close to handover
• Identify and mitigate risks impacting handover schedules and production performance
• Coordinate actions with suppliers, operations teams and international Airbus sites

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or a comparable technical discipline
• More than five years of experience in aircraft manufacturing and experience in aircraft management
• Experience in interface management and supplier management within industrial environments
• Advanced SAP knowledge and experience with Google Workspace
• Good knowledge of process management as well as basic knowledge of risk management and problem-solving methodologies
• Business fluent German and English skills as well as experience with ACPnG and Airbus processes
