Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Verification Engineer Embedded Systems & Scrum Master (m/w/d).

In dieser Doppelrolle verbinden Sie technische Softwareverifikation für Embedded Systems (zivil und militär) mit der Moderation agiler Entwicklungsprozesse als Scrum Master. Sie entwickeln Teststrategien, führen Integrations- und Qualifikationstests durch, sichern die Einhaltung von Zertifizierungsstandards (z. B. DO-178C) und unterstützen das Team dabei, Ergebnisse termingerecht zu liefern.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Analyse von Software-Anforderungsspezifikationen für Embedded Systems

• Definition, Anpassung und Umsetzung von Teststrategien für Software und Embedded Systems (zivil und militär)

• Entwicklung, Erweiterung und Pflege von Testszenarien, Testverfahren (automatisiert oder manuell) und Simulationsmodellen für Integrations- und Qualifikationstests

• Durchführung von Integrations- und formalen Qualifikationstests am Software-Teststand

• Untersuchung von Problemen und Erstellung von Problemberichten

• Unterstützung bei Software-Architektur- und Design-Reviews für Embedded Systems

• Sicherstellung der Softwarequalität und Einhaltung geltender Zertifizierungsstandards (z. B. DO-178C)

• Tätigkeit als Scrum Master: Moderation agiler Prozesse, Sprint-Koordination, Coaching des Teams zu agilen Prinzipien sowie Unterstützung bei der termingerechten Lieferung von Projektergebnissen

• Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams (u. a. Systems- und Flight-Test-Ingenieure)

• Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Softwaredokumentationen und -berichten

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium in Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar

  • Alternativ: qualifizierte Ausbildung (Techniker/Meister) mit relevanter gleichwertiger Berufserfahrung

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Engineering sowie mindestens 2 Jahre in IT/Informationssystemen

• Praktische Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung für Embedded Systems

• Erfahrung in Softwareverifikation, Spezifikation und agiler Entwicklung (Scrum)

• Kenntnisse agiler Prinzipien und Praktiken

• Vertrautheit mit Lufttüchtigkeitsprozessen und Zertifizierungsstandards (z. B. DO-178C)

• Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten, sehr gute Kommunikation sowie Führungsstärke und Eigeninitiative

• Deutsch fortgeschritten, Englisch verhandlungssicher; Französisch von Vorteil

• Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Verification Engineer Embedded Systems & Scrum Master (m/f/d).

In this dual-role position, you combine embedded software verification (civil and military) with agile delivery support as a Scrum Master. You define and execute test strategies, perform integration and qualification tests, ensure compliance with certification standards (e.g., DO-178C), and help the team deliver results on time.

Your tasks

• Analyze software requirement specifications for embedded systems

• Define, tailor and implement test strategies for software and embedded systems (civil and military)

• Develop, extend and maintain test scenarios, test procedures (automated or manual) and simulation models for integration and qualification testing

• Execute integration and formal qualification tests on the software test bench

• Investigate issues and create problem reports

• Support software architecture and design reviews for embedded systems

• Ensure software quality and compliance with applicable certification standards (e.g., DO-178C)

• Act as Scrum Master: facilitate agile processes, coordinate sprints, coach the team on agile principles and support on-time delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems and flight test engineers

• Create and provide software documentation and reports

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer science, engineering or comparable

  • Alternatively: qualified vocational training (technician/master level) with equivalent relevant experience

• At least 3 years of experience in engineering and at least 2 years in IT/information systems

• Hands-on experience in embedded software development

• Experience in software verification, specification and agile development (Scrum)

• Solid knowledge of agile principles and practices

• Familiarity with airworthiness processes and certification standards (e.g., DO-178C)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, leadership qualities and proactive mindset

• Advanced German, fluent business English; French is a plus

• Willingness to travel occasionally
