Für eine Aufgabe im Bereich Flugphysik und Strukturmechanik suchen wir Sie als Structural Dynamics, Acoustics & Vibration Engineer (m/w/d) – Aircraft Systems & Flight Physics.
In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an der Entwicklung, Analyse und Qualifizierung von Luftfahrtsystemen im Bereich Akustik, Schwingungen und Strukturdynamik – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Flugerprobung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Definition, Durchführung und Auswertung von Akustik- und Schwingungstests (Flug-, Boden- und Labortests)

• Unterstützung der Systemqualifikation unter mechanischen Umweltbedingungen (Vibration, Schock, Akustik)

• Definition mechanischer Anforderungen für Systeminstallationen an Luftfahrzeugen

• Entwicklung und Validierung numerischer Modelle zur Analyse von Lärm, Schwingung und Strukturantwort

• Entwicklung von passiven und aktiven Lärm- und Vibrationsdämpfungslösungen für bestehende und zukünftige Flugzeuge

• Analyse experimenteller Daten aus Qualifikationstests und Flugversuchen

• Mitarbeit an der Zulassung und Gewährleistung der Lufttüchtigkeit von Luftfahrzeugen

• Beitrag zur Entwicklung sicherer, innovativer und wettbewerbsfähiger Luftfahrtsysteme

Ihr Profil:

1. Ausbildung/Studium:

   • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik oder Akustik und Schwingungstechnik (mind. Master/Diplom)

2. Berufserfahrung:

   • Erfahrung im Bereich Aerospace Engineering, Akustik und Vibration erforderlich

   • Kenntnisse in Strukturdynamik, Datenakquise, Signalverarbeitung und Testanalyse

   • Erfahrung in Vibrationsqualifikation und Modalanalyse wünschenswert

   • Kenntnisse in MIL-STD-810 von Vorteil

3. IT-/Fachkenntnisse:

   • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office

   • Erfahrung mit MATLAB erforderlich

   • Grundkenntnisse in Linux von Vorteil

4. Sprachkenntnisse:

   • Englisch: verhandlungssicher

   • Deutsch: von Vorteil

5. Weitere Qualifikationen:

   • Teamfähigkeit in multinationalem Umfeld

   • Analytisches Denken, Problemlösungskompetenz und Eigeninitiative

   • Reisebereitschaft (ca. einmal pro Quartal, eine Woche)

Structural Dynamics, Acoustics & Vibration Engineer (f/m/d) – Aircraft Systems & Flight Physics

For an assignment in the field of flight physics and structural dynamics, we are looking for you as Structural Dynamics, Acoustics & Vibration Engineer (f/m/d) – Aircraft Systems & Flight Physics.
In this role, you will be responsible for the analysis, testing and qualification of aircraft systems focusing on acoustics, vibration and structural dynamics — supporting the development and certification of advanced air vehicles.

Your tasks:

• Define, perform and evaluate acoustic and vibration tests (flight, ground and lab)

• Support system qualification for vibration, shock and acoustic environments

• Define mechanical installation requirements for aircraft systems

• Develop and validate numerical models for noise generation, propagation and structural response

• Design passive and active noise and vibration control solutions

• Analyze experimental data and support flight test campaigns

• Ensure compliance with airworthiness and certification standards

• Contribute to innovative and safe air vehicle developments

Your profile:

• Education: Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering or Acoustics and Vibration Engineering

• Experience: Proven experience in aerospace, acoustics and vibration; knowledge of structural dynamics, data acquisition and analysis; experience with vibration qualification processes required; experience with MIL-STD-810 advantageous

• IT skills: MS Office proficiency, MATLAB required, basic Linux knowledge beneficial

• Languages: English fluent, German a plus

• Additional skills: Team-oriented mindset, problem-solving ability, self-motivation, and willingness to travel occasionally (approx. one week per quarter)
