In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie anspruchsvolle Fertigungs- und Werkstoffthemen rund um metallische Luftfahrtkomponenten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Betreuung metallischer Fertigungsprozesse
• Qualifikation und Serienbegleitung von Luftfahrtkomponenten
• Unterstützung bei Oberflächenbehandlung und Veredelung
• Mitarbeit an Entwicklungs- und Forschungsvorhaben
• Definition geeigneter Prozessketten für neue Bauteile
• Planung und Dokumentation von Materialtests

Ihr Profil

• Studium oder Promotion im Bereich Materialwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung in Forschung, Entwicklung oder Fertigung im Luftfahrtumfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der additiven Metallfertigung
• Kenntnisse in Werkstoffprüfung und Materialqualifikation
• Grundkenntnisse in Oberflächenbehandlung von Vorteil
• Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse

Your tasks

• Develop and support metallic manufacturing processes
• Support qualification and serial production of aerospace components
• Contribute to surface treatment and finishing activities
• Work on development and research projects
• Define suitable process chains for new components
• Plan and document material test activities

Your profile

• Degree or doctorate in materials science or a comparable field
• Experience in research, development or manufacturing in aerospace
• Strong knowledge of metallic additive manufacturing
• Knowledge of material testing and material qualification
• Basic knowledge of surface treatment is beneficial
• Basic German and fluent English skills
