Project Manager Purchase-to-Pay Integration (m/f/d) – AIRBUS

In this role, you manage the integration of Purchase-to-Pay operations for newly added Airbus sites. You structure and drive a complex integration project, align multiple stakeholders, and ensure compliant, efficient P2P operations across international environments.

Your tasks

• Structuring and steering a project to integrate new companies, activities, and suppliers into the Purchase-to-Pay scope

• Consulting and supporting new affiliates on compliance and Airbus best practices

• Supporting the Sparrow Task Force Leader in operating P2P activities at newly integrated sites

• Coordinating with Airbus stakeholders across Global Procurement and related functions

• Communicating project status, milestones, and risks at management level

• Identifying competitiveness and optimization opportunities

• Creating and maintaining a project database and associated reporting

• Following up on action items and ensuring closure at management level

• Managing risks and opportunities through overall project planning, critical paths, and interdependencies

• Ensuring clear communication and effective stakeholder management throughout the project

Your profile

• University degree in business administration, economics, or a comparable field

• Several years of professional experience in procurement, supplier management, and/or supply chain environments

• Solid project management experience in cross-functional and international settings

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all organizational levels

• Structured, reliable, and resilient working style

• Ability to integrate quickly into existing teams and complex project environments

• Fluent English is mandatory; German is a plus

• Confident use of collaboration and communication tools (e.g. Google Meet)
