In dieser Rolle steuern und überwachen Sie logistische Produktionsaktivitäten innerhalb der Final Assembly Line. Sie sorgen für Transparenz über Produktionsfortschritt, Teileverfügbarkeit und offene Logistikströme und unterstützen die effiziente Koordination der täglichen Prioritäten.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Berichten über den Produktionsfortschritt und die Verfügbarkeit von Teilen
• Unterstützung bei der Anpassung der täglichen Prioritäten
• Verwaltung von Arbeitsaufträgen wie Work Orders vom Freigeben bis zum Abschluss und Zufluss
• Steuerung von Komponenten, fehlenden Teilen und der logistischen Verteilung einschließlich Teileverfügbarkeit, Übertragungsprotokollen und unerwartet fehlenden Teilen
• Koordination von Stör- und Nebenflüssen mit anderen Abteilungen, unter anderem bei Nichtkonformitäten, Überlieferungen, Gutsausgabefehlern und Teileverlusten, einschließlich Monitoring der Produktverfügbarkeit
• Verwaltung ausstehender Logistikströme und Arbeitsaufträge

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Qualifikation im Bereich Supply Chain oder Logistik mindestens auf Niveau Techniker oder Fachwirt
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Disposition oder Materialbeschaffung
• Mehr als ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Flugzeugbau
• Mehr als zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Produktionsplanung und -steuerung sowie im Bereich Supply Chain oder Logistik
• Kenntnisse von Detailfunktionen in SAP sowie Kenntnisse in Google Workspace
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe, analytisches Denken, selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

In this role, you will control and monitor logistics-related production activities within the Final Assembly Line. You will provide transparency on production progress, parts availability and outstanding logistics flows and support the efficient coordination of daily priorities.

Your tasks

• Prepare reports on production progress and parts availability
• Support the adjustment of daily priorities
• Manage work orders from release through completion and inflow
• Manage components, missing parts and logistics distribution, including potential parts availability, transfer records and unexpectedly missing parts
• Coordinate disruptive and auxiliary flows with other departments, including non-conformities, overdeliveries, goods issue errors and lost parts, and monitor product availability
• Manage outstanding logistics flows and work orders

Your profile

• Completed qualification in supply chain or logistics at least at Technician or Fachwirt level
• More than two years of professional experience in materials planning or procurement
• More than one year of professional experience in aircraft construction
• More than two years of professional experience in production planning and control as well as in supply chain or logistics
• Knowledge of detailed SAP functions and knowledge of Google Workspace
• Business-fluent German and English skills, combined with quick comprehension, analytical thinking, an independent, structured and results-oriented working style and strong communication skills
