EMC / EMI Systems Engineer (m/w/d) – Military Aircraft – AIRBUS

You work in an engineering environment focusing on electromagnetic effects on military aircraft at system and equipment level.

Your tasks

• Definition of EMC-related requirements at system and equipment level

• Coordination and validation of test requirements and associated test plans

• Active contribution to EMC, lightning, NEMP, and qualification activities

• Monitoring of equipment suppliers and EMC-related activities

• Evaluation of supplier and test house reports

• Assessment of modifications regarding EMC, lightning effects, bonding, and hardening

• Support of aircraft clearance activities and EMC test campaigns

Your profile

• Degree in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field

• Several years of experience in engineering roles

• Solid and proven expertise in electromagnetic compatibility is mandatory

• Experience in an aerospace or defense environment is an advantage

• Independent, structured, and decision-oriented working style

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Business-fluent English; German skills are an advantage
