Sales Contract Management Support (d/f/m) – AIRBUS

In this role, you support contract and delivery management activities, helping to secure aircraft deliveries and manage commercial and legal documentation in an international customer environment.

Your tasks

• Supporting the management of legal and commercial risks related to aircraft deliveries

• Handling sales purchase agreements with a focus on delivery execution and exceptions

• Preparing commercial and legal documentation linked to aircraft financing and invoicing

• Calculating final aircraft prices, issuing invoices and monitoring payment processes

• Managing delivery closing activities including transfer of title to the customer

• Supporting global customer and financier relationships and representing Airbus at events

Your profile

• Degree in law, business, engineering, international management or a related field

• Experience in contract management, customer service, sales or procurement is an advantage

• Confident use of Excel, Word, SAP and digital workplace tools

• Independent, structured and results-oriented working style

• Strong communication skills across cultures and stakeholder levels

• Fluent English is required; German is a plus

• Interest in commercial documentation, contracts and data-driven processes
