Sie steuern Bedarfe und Materialflüsse im After-Sales-Umfeld. Der Fokus liegt auf Validierung von Bedarfsanforderungen, Einkaufsplanung und Sicherstellung der Lieferperformance gemäß Forecast und Budget.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Validierung von e-Requests for Stock Provisioning und Begleitung des Freigabeprozesses
• Planung und Auslösung von Bestellungen gemäß genehmigter Bedarfe
• Monitoring von Lieferterminen in Abstimmung mit Supply-Chain-Funktionen
• Sicherstellung der Materialverfügbarkeit entsprechend Planung und Lagerstrategie
• Analyse von Warenflüssen sowie Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
• Reporting zum Erfüllungsstatus und Unterstützung bei Eskalationen

Ihr Profil
• Studium im Bereich Supply Chain, Logistik, Technik oder vergleichbar
• Erfahrung im Supply Chain Management oder Lieferantenumfeld
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP sowie sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools
• Verständnis für technische Dokumentation oder Luftfahrtumfeld von Vorteil
• Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse
• Durchsetzungsstarke, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

You will manage demand and material flows within an after-sales environment. The focus is on validating stock provisioning requests, steering purchasing activities and ensuring delivery performance in line with forecast and budget targets.

Your tasks
• Validate e-Requests for Stock Provisioning and manage approval workflows
• Plan and trigger purchase orders according to approved demand
• Monitor supplier deliveries in cooperation with supply chain stakeholders
• Ensure material availability in line with e-RSP planning and inventory targets
• Analyse inbound and outbound flows and initiate corrective actions
• Provide regular reporting and support escalation to secure performance targets

Your profile
• Degree in supply chain, logistics, engineering or similar field
• Experience in supply chain or supplier management
• Strong SAP knowledge and confident use of digital tools
• Technical understanding of aircraft or engineering data is an advantage
• Business fluent English and basic German skills
• Assertive, structured and communicative working style
