Für einen Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden HENSOLDT in Immenstaad am Bodensee suchen wir Sie als Konfigurationsmanager (m/w/d).

AUFGABEN

Die Abteilung Konfirgurationsmanagement ist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der Anforderungen von Standards und Projekten hinsichtlich Produktvarianten-, Konfigurations- und Datenmanagement.
Sie sind für folgende Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben verantwortlich:

• Planung, Bearbeitung, Abstimmung und Verfolgung von Aktivitäten hinsichtlich Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement
• Durchführung von Releaseboards zur Freigabe des technischen Datenpaketes
• Planung, Bearbeitung und Durchführung von internen und externen Änderungen
• Erstellung von Produktstrukturen und Definition und Verwaltung der Produktvarianten in
• Abstimmung mit Entwicklung und Programm
• Definition und Festlegung von Schnittstellen (intern & extern)
• Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen (z.B. Konstruktion / Entwicklung, Projektleitung, Logistik, Produktion, usw.)
• Bildung von Baselines und Erstellung von technischen Datenpaketen
• Sicherstellung der standortübergreifenden Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses
• Teilnahme an Review und Audits
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statusdarstellungen
• Mitarbeit in internen und externen internationalen Projektteams

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium vergleichbarer Qualifikation mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder des Ingenieurwesens mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder des Maschinenbaus mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder der Wirtschaftsinformatik mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
• Umfangreiche Erfahrung im Arbeiten in Projektteams mit Entwicklung und Fertigung wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse im Bereich der Luftfahrttechnik (Verfahren und Standards) wünschenswert
• Kenntnisse in der Software Entwicklung und Software Konfigurationsmanagement wünschenswert
• Erfahrungen im Bereich KM/QM oder vergleichbarer Tätigkeit wünschenswert
• Fertigkeit Präsentationen vor internationalen Kunden und Partnern durchzuführen
• Verhandlungsgeschick mit Kunden und Auftragnehmern (intern/extern)
• Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher, Englisch mind. verhandlungssicher

We are seeking a Configuration Manager (m/f/d) for a project assignment with our well-known international customer HENSOLDT in Immenstaad on Lake Constance.

TASKS

The Configuration Management department is responsible for implementing the requirements of standards and projects regarding product variant, configuration, and data management.
You are responsible for the following activities and tasks:

• Planning, processing, coordinating, and tracking activities related to product variant and configuration management
• Implementing release boards for the approval of the technical data package
• Planning, processing, and implementing internal and external changes
• Creating product structures and defining and managing product variants in
• coordination with development and the program
• Defining and specifying interfaces (internal and external)
• Working with various departments (e.g., design/development, project management, logistics, production, etc.)
• Creating baselines and creating technical data packages
• Ensuring the cross-site application of the configuration process
• Participating in reviews and audits
• Creating evaluations and status reports
• Working in internal and external international project teams

QUALIFICATIONS

Comparable degree (at least a Bachelor's degree in engineering or at least a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or at least a Bachelor's degree in business informatics or at least a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or at least a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or at least a Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering)

• Extensive experience working in project teams with development and production desirable
• Knowledge of aeronautical engineering (procedures and standards) desirable
• Knowledge of software development and software configuration management desirable
• Experience in KM/QM or a similar field desirable
• Ability to conduct presentations to international customers and partners
• Negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal/external)
• Language skills: At least fluent in German, at least fluent in English
