In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie an der operativen Schnittstelle zwischen Logistik, Produktion und internen Fachbereichen. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf stabilen Materialflüssen, Prozessverbesserungen und der Absicherung logistischer Standards im Produktionsumfeld.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Optimierung temporärer Workarounds zur Absicherung der Produktionsrate
• Mitarbeit an kurzfristigen Verbesserungsinitiativen im Logistik- und Produktionsumfeld
• Analyse bestehender KPIs zur präventiven Korrektur von Abweichungen in Materialflüssen
• Leitung multifunktionaler Teams bei logistischen Verbesserungsinitiativen
• Stakeholdermanagement mit Lieferanten sowie internen und externen Kunden
• Monitoring von Logistikprozess- und Qualitätsstandards auf dem Shopfloor

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes technisches, logistisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
• Berufserfahrung in Supply Chain, Logistik oder Lieferantenmanagement
• Vertiefte SAP/R3-Anwendungskenntnisse; Google Workspace von Vorteil
• Gute Kenntnisse in KVP, Projektmanagement und Prozessmanagement
• Kenntnisse in FAL-Fertigungsprozessen und Logistikprozessen wünschenswert
• Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher; Französisch von Vorteil

In this role, you work at the operational interface between logistics, production and internal departments. The focus is on stable material flows, process improvements and ensuring logistics standards in a production environment.

Your tasks

• Develop and optimize temporary workarounds to secure the production rate
• Support short-term improvement initiatives in logistics and production environments
• Analyze existing KPIs to prevent deviations in material flows
• Lead multi-functional teams for logistics improvement initiatives
• Manage stakeholders including suppliers and internal or external customers
• Monitor logistics process and quality standards on the shopfloor

Your profile

• Completed degree in a technical, logistics or business-related field
• Professional experience in supply chain, logistics or supplier management
• In-depth SAP/R3 user knowledge; Google Workspace is an advantage
• Good knowledge of continuous improvement, project management and process management
• Knowledge of FAL manufacturing processes and logistics processes is desirable
• Business-fluent German and English; French is an advantage
