Für einen Projekteinsatz bei unserem bekannten, internationalen Kunden HENSOLDT in Ulm suchen wir Sie als Projektverantwortlichen (m/w/d) im Produktvarianten- und Konfigurationsmanagement.

AUFGABEN

Der Bereich mit seinen drei Abteilungen stellt sicher, dass die CM-Prozesse unter Berücksichtigung der vertraglichen Anforderungen wirksam im Projekt und am Produkt angewendet und die projektrelevanten CM Aufgaben effizient erledigt werden. Hiermit wird erreicht, dass die Projekt- sowie die Produktziele im Leistungs-, Zeit- und Kostenrahmen risikoarm erbracht werden. Die Mitarbeiter des Bereichs sind über den Produkt- und Projekt-Lifecycle den Projektkernteams zugeordnet. Sie arbeiten eng mit den Projektleitern bzw. Produktmanagern zusammen und werden mit dem Start der Planungsphase benannt.

Sie sind zuständig für die folgenden Aufgaben:

• Definition und Festlegung von KM-Schnittstellen (intern und extern)
• Erstellung von KM Plänen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
• Erstellung von Produktstrukturen (Identifikation von Konfigurationseinheiten und Abbildung in den KM-Tools)
• Sicherstellung der Anwendung des Konfigurationsprozesses
• Durchführung von Releaseboards (RBs)
• Bildung von Baselines und Bauzustandsfestschreibungen
• Durchführung des internen und externen Änderungsmanagements (Change Control Boards)
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Statusdarstellungen
• Mitarbeit in internen und externen internationalen Projektteams
• Koordination von Unterauftragnehmern und Kunden

QUALIFIKATIONEN

• Studium vergleichbarer Qualifikation mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
• Erfahrung in Software-Konfigurationsmanagement und Produktionsprozessen wünschenswert
• Fähigkeit und soziale Kompetenz zur Umsetzung beziehungsweise Einführung von KM-Vorgaben
• Fertigkeit, Präsentationen vor internationalen Kunden und Partnern durchzuführen
• Team- und Kompromissfähigkeit, aber auch Durchsetzungsvermögen und Eigeninitiative sowie Verhandlungsgeschick mit Kunden und Auftragnehmern (intern / extern)
• IT:; MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse, SAP mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) sowie Serena Business Manager /Dimensions wünschenswert

TASKS

This department, with its three divisions, ensures that the CM processes are effectively applied in the project and on the product, taking contractual requirements into account, and that project-relevant CM tasks are completed efficiently. This ensures that the project and product objectives are achieved within the performance, time, and cost framework with minimal risk. The department's employees are assigned to the core project teams throughout the product and project lifecycle. They work closely with the project leaders and product managers and are appointed at the start of the planning phase.

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Definition and specification of KM interfaces (internal and external)
• Creation of KM plans in German and English
• Creation of product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in KM tools)
• Ensuring the application of the configuration process
• Implementation of release boards (RBs)
• Creation of baselines and finalization of the construction status
• Implementation of internal and external change management (Change Control Boards)
• Preparation of evaluations and status reports
• Collaboration in internal and external international project teams
• Coordination of subcontractors and customers

QUALIFICATIONS

• Comparable degree (at least a Bachelor's degree) or Industrial Engineering (at least a Bachelor's degree)
• Experience in software configuration management and production processes desirable
• Ability and interpersonal skills to implement or introduce CM specifications
• Ability to conduct presentations to international customers and partners
• Teamwork and compromise skills, as well as assertiveness and initiative, as well as negotiating skills with customers and contractors (internal/external)
• IT: MS Office: at least detailed specialized knowledge, SAP: at least detailed specialized knowledge, knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Serena Business Manager/Dimensions desirable
• Language skills: at least fluent in German, at least fluent in English
