Kurzbeschreibung der Stelle

In dieser Position arbeiten Sie in der Vorintegration komplexer Raumfahrtkomponenten und führen präzise Integrations-, Füge- und Dokumentationstätigkeiten in einem technisch anspruchsvollen Umfeld aus.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Prüfung von Zeichnungen, Prozeduren, Arbeitsplänen und Teilen auf Vollständigkeit und Plausibilität

• Strukturierung der Arbeitsabläufe sowie Vorbereitung von Integrationssetups

• Durchführung von Probemontagen bei Bedarf

• Ausführung von Integrationstätigkeiten an hochpräzisen Bauteilen, z. B. Polieren, Entgraten, Reinigen, Trocknen, Einpressen, Verschrauben und Messen

• Durchführung von Fügeprozessen, z. B. Punktschweißen

• Parametrierung von Anlagen gemäß Vorgaben

• Bedienung von Produktions- und Integrationsanlagen

• Dokumentation der Füge- und Prozessschritte gemäß Arbeitsplan

• Durchführung von Klebearbeiten nach Prozedur

• Pflege und Wartung von Equipment und Anlagen

• Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen zu Prozessen, Abläufen oder Vorrichtungen

• Klärung offener Punkte und Abweichungen im Team und mit dem Teamleiter

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare technische Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Raumfahrt- oder vergleichbaren High-Tech-Umfeld

• Erfahrung in technischer Dokumentation sowie Wartung und Instandhaltung

• Kenntnisse in Fügeverfahren wünschenswert

• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

• Hohe Belastbarkeit und gutes Organisationsvermögen

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Outlook

• Deutschkenntnisse auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau

• Englischkenntnisse auf sicherem Arbeitsniveau

Short role summary

In this role, you support the pre-integration of complex spaceflight components and perform precise integration, joining and documentation tasks in a high-tech production environment.

Your tasks

• Reviewing drawings, procedures, work plans and parts for completeness and plausibility

• Structuring workflows and preparing integration setups

• Performing trial assemblies when required

• Carrying out high-precision integration tasks such as polishing, deburring, cleaning, drying, press-fitting, bolting and measuring

• Executing joining processes, e.g. spot welding

• Parameterization of equipment according to specifications

• Operating production and integration equipment

• Documenting joining and process steps in line with work plans

• Performing bonding operations according to procedures

• Maintaining and servicing equipment and tools

• Contributing improvement ideas for processes, workflows or fixtures

• Clarifying deviations and open points within the team and with the team lead

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or comparable qualification

• Several years of experience in the space or high-tech industry

• Experience in technical documentation and maintenance activities

• Knowledge and certification in joining techniques is an advantage

• Structured, careful and responsible working style

• Strong team skills and good communication abilities

• High level of resilience and organizational capability

• Confident use of MS Office and Outlook

• Fluent German language skills

• Solid professional English skills
