Sie übernehmen Aufgaben in der Kostenrechnung, unterstützen die Kostenstellenplanung und betreuen Verrechnungsprozesse. Darüber hinaus beraten Sie interne Kunden zu Kalkulationsfragen und wirken an transnationalen Projekten zur ERP-Migration mit.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Durchführung der Kostenrechnung und Mitwirkung bei der Kostenstellenplanung, einschließlich Sekundärkosten und Stundensatzermittlung
• Allgemeine Stammdatenpflege in der Kostenstellen- und Kostenträgerrechnung
• Sicherstellung bestehender und neu zu definierender Verrechnungsprozesse sowie Einhaltung von Budgetanforderungen und Anforderungen externer Prüfungen
• Betreuung, Beratung und Unterweisung interner Kunden bei komplexen Fachfragen zu Kalkulationsproblemen oder Verrechnungssystematiken
• Übernahme von Sonderaufgaben innerhalb des Bereichs und Mitwirkung an transnationalen Projekten zur ERP-Migration

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des Internationalen Managements oder der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mindestens auf Bachelor-Niveau oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Finanzen, Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
• Jeweils mehr als drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Controlling, Finanzwesen, IT / Informationssystemen und Projektmanagement sowie Erfahrung im Budgetcontrolling
• Kenntnisse der Detailfunktionen von MS Office und SAP
• Allgemeines Verständnis für Buchhaltungsthemen und die zugehörigen Finanzflüsse, einschließlich Bilanz und Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung
• Praxiserfahrung in der Finanzanalyse und Kennzahlenentwicklung; gegebenenfalls Kenntnisse im Preisrecht
• Erfahrungen mit Prüfungsgesellschaften im Bereich Wirtschafts-, Steuer- oder Preisprüfung sind von Vorteil
• Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement und im Controlling sind zusätzlich als wünschenswert genannt
• Versierte Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
• Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Einsatzbereitschaft, strukturierter, proaktiver und selbstständiger Arbeitsstil sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

You will handle cost accounting activities, support cost center planning, and manage cost allocation processes. You will also advise internal customers on costing questions and contribute to transnational ERP migration projects.

Your tasks

• Perform cost accounting and contribute to cost center planning, including secondary costs and hourly rate calculation
• Maintain master data in cost center and cost object accounting
• Ensure existing and newly defined cost allocation processes operate correctly and meet budget requirements and external audit requirements
• Support, advise, and instruct internal customers on complex technical questions concerning costing problems or cost allocation methodologies
• Undertake special assignments within the department and contribute to transnational ERP migration projects

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business administration, international management, or economics, or a completed degree in finance, controlling, or a comparable discipline
• More than three years of professional experience in each of the following areas: controlling, finance, IT / information systems, and project management, as well as experience in budget controlling
• Knowledge of detailed functions in MS Office and SAP
• General understanding of accounting topics and the associated financial flows, including the balance sheet and profit and loss statement
• Practical experience in financial analysis and financial KPI development; knowledge of pricing law where applicable
• Experience with audit firms in financial, tax, or pricing audits is a plus
• Experience in project management and controlling is additionally listed as desirable
• Proficient German and negotiation-level English
• A high degree of initiative and commitment, a structured, proactive, and independent working style, and strong communication skills
