Sie unterstützen den operativen Werkschutz im Umfeld technischer Sicherheitssysteme und organisatorischer Sicherheitsprozesse. Die Rolle verbindet Systemadministration, Sicherheitskoordination und die Mitwirkung an wirksamen Schutzmaßnahmen im laufenden Betrieb.

Ihre Aufgaben
• Administration und Überwachung technischer Sicherheitssysteme im Werkschutzumfeld
• Koordination von Dienstleistern bei Installation, Wartung und Betreuung von Sicherheitsanlagen
• Pflege von Daten im Einsatzleitsystem sowie Erstellung von Einsatzunterlagen
• Verwaltung von Ausweisen, Zutrittsrechten und sicherheitsrelevanten Berechtigungen
• Planung und Koordination von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, Projekten und Event-Security-Abläufen
• Mitwirkung an Sicherheitskonzepten, Alarmplänen und qualitätsbezogenen Verbesserungen

Ihr Profil
• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Schutz und Sicherheit oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Erfahrung mit Sicherheitstechnik, Zutrittskontrolle oder Leitstellenprozessen
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie im Umgang mit Sicherheits- und Verwaltungssystemen
• Verständnis für Vorschriften, Richtlinien und strukturierte Sicherheitsabläufe
• Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Diskretion
• Deutsch verhandlungssicher und Englisch versiert

You will support operational plant security in the area of technical security systems and organizational security processes. The role combines system administration, security coordination and support for effective protection measures in daily operations.

Your tasks
• Administer and monitor technical security systems in a plant security environment
• Coordinate service providers for installation, maintenance and support of security systems
• Maintain data in the control system and prepare operational security documents
• Manage badges, access rights and security-related authorizations
• Plan and coordinate security measures, projects and event security activities
• Contribute to security concepts, alarm plans and quality-related improvements

Your profile
• Completed vocational training in security services or a comparable qualification
• Experience with security technology, access control or control room operations
• Good knowledge of MS Office and security-related administration systems
• Understanding of regulations, guidelines and structured security procedures
• Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style with a high level of discretion
• Business fluent German and proficient English skills
