Für unseren Kunden AIRBUS suchen wir Sie als Arbeitsvorbereiter H135/H145 Final Assembly Line (m/w/d).

In dieser Position sind Sie in der Arbeitsvorbereitung der Final Assembly und Flight Line für die Hubschrauberprogramme H135/H145 tätig. Sie stellen eine effiziente, qualitäts- und termingerechte Umsetzung der Fertigungsprozesse sicher und fungieren als technische Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering und Produktion.
Vollzeit oder Teilzeit nach Absprache möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Arbeitsvorbereitung im Bereich Final Assembly und Flight Line H135/H145

• Erstellung und Pflege von Arbeitsplänen und Stücklisten einschließlich Kalkulation

• Einarbeitung technischer Änderungen in relevante Fertigungsunterlagen

• Anforderung von Fertigungsmitteln sowie Mitwirkung bei der Definition deren Auslegung

• Prüfung und Freigabe von Bauunterlagen und Vorschriften

• Klärung technischer Fragestellungen aus dem Fertigungsbereich

• Analyse auftretender Probleme und Definition geeigneter Abstellmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Fachwirt oder
  abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau (Bachelor)

• Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fertigungs- oder Produktionsumfeld

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, SAP sowie GSuite

• Hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Motivation und Einsatzbereitschaft

• Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

• Deutsch verhandlungssicher, Englisch fortgeschritten

For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a Work Preparation Engineer H135/H145 Final Assembly Line (m/f/d).

In this role, you will work in work preparation for the H135/H145 final assembly and flight line, ensuring efficient, quality-driven and on-time production processes while acting as a technical interface between engineering and manufacturing.
Full-time or part-time by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Work preparation activities for the H135/H145 final assembly and flight line

• Creation and maintenance of work plans and bills of material including cost calculation

• Implementation of technical changes into manufacturing documentation

• Request and definition of manufacturing equipment

• Review and release of drawings and manufacturing regulations

• Clarification of technical issues arising from production

• Analysis of occurring problems and definition of corrective actions

Your profile

• Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as technician or specialist, or
  a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Professional experience in work preparation

• Several years of experience in manufacturing or production

• Confident use of MS Office, SAP and GSuite

• High level of flexibility, motivation and commitment

• Strong team spirit

• Fluent business German, advanced English skills
