Digital Project Manager Business Partner Data & AI (m/w/d) – AIRBUS

For more than 25 years, HESYS Engineering has connected technical specialists with demanding assignments for customers in aerospace, defence and high-tech. For our customer AIRBUS, we are looking for a suitable candidate.

As a Digital Project Manager Business Partner, you will support cabin development as a digital expert and project management partner. The position combines digital expert responsibilities accounting for 50–75% of the role with Project Manager Business Partner responsibilities accounting for 25–50%.

Your tasks

• Perform data science activities covering data visualization, data management and data analysis
• Migrate data from Qlik Sense to Skywise and coordinate with business departments and digital development departments
• Set up dashboards in Skywise workshops and work with the Generic Skywise Performance Room using Python, Java, SQL and HTML
• Assume operational responsibilities covering maintenance and development
• Apply generative AI essentials and prompting, provide hands-on support to local teams as an AI multiplier and apply AI in operations
• Build a GEM library and revise processes
• Manage project operations covering project setup, planning, execution, closure, operational follow-up and performance monitoring
• Apply project management processes, methods and tools, update tools to reflect business requirements and provide guidance on their application
• Perform integrative project planning based on business and process understanding
• Apply risk and opportunity management and controlling fundamentals

Your profile

• Completed technical degree at a minimum of bachelor’s level
• More than one year of professional experience in project management and at least three years of experience in data analysis and programming
• Knowledge of detailed functions in Java, Python and SQL as well as required HTML skills
• Knowledge of Google Workspace
• At least good knowledge of change management and basic knowledge of project management and risk management
• Knowledge of AIRBUS is an advantage; a project management certificate is also an advantage
• At least basic German and negotiation-level English
• Very good communication and organizational skills, analytical thinking and confidence in working with numbers
• Independent and proactive approach to work, social skills, ability to work in a team, and a confident and friendly manner
